| Abstract: | Strengthening the popularization of scientific and cultural knowledge in community masses to make the people master basic sci-tech skills and promoting the development of community culture possess important practical significance.Through the field investigation and research on the current development of community sci-tech and culture in Shanxi Province,this paper probes into some measures and paths for the concrete practice of improving the sci-tech and cultural literacy of community masses. |
