| 摘 要： | 通借通还服务改善了多点办学高校不同校区读者借书难的状况,提高了图书馆服务质量和图书资源的使用效率。对通借通还服务的特点、通借通还借阅过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了提高通借通还服务质量的措施。

| Abstract: | Smart circulation service not only overcomes the book-borrowing difficulties of the readers in different campuses of multi-point run university but also improves library’s service quality and book resources’ utilization ratio. This paper analyzes the features of smart circulation service and some problems existing in smart circulation service, and puts forward some measures for improving the quality of smart circulation service. |
