| 摘 要： | 在医院的现代化管理工作中,对电子文件进行及时的收集、归档,并使之得到长期保存、有效利用,成为医院档案信息化管理的重要内容。在论述电子档案特性和优缺点以及分析目前医院电子档案管理现状的基础上,提出了加强医院电子档案管理的对策。

| Abstract: | In the modern management of the hospital,the timely collection and filing,long-term preservation and effective utilization of electronic documents have become the important contents of the informatized management of hospital archives.Based on discussing the features and advantages/disadvantages of electronic archives and analyzing the present situation of hospital's electronic archives management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the management of hospital's electronic archives. |
