激光测量技术在摩托车外壳曲面建模中的应用

摘    要:以某型号摩托车外壳的开发过程为例,从曲面数据的获取、数据分析以及曲面重构三方面,对三维曲面重建中的一些关键技术进行了深入研究.研究过程发现,对从样品本身获得的大量点数据进行不同方法的处理,直接影响到最终的曲面模型的重构.采用手动拼合方法对多笔点云数据进行处理以及最终采用手动提取方法提取特征线,能够最大程度地符合复杂曲面的重构要求,与实际样品相比,其误差可以降到最低水平.

Abstract:By using of the 3 D laser measurement, scanning for the object quickly, the good 3 D data model can be got, which will be adapted to those common 3D CAD tool software. As an example in the research work, the motorcycle slipcover part modeling is given. Some research works have been carried out deeply on the initial surface data seeking, the point data analysis and the surface rebuilding. The result of research shows that, the surface model rebuilding is affected by the different method adopted in the initial point data seeking course. The spelling technology by hand for multi-point cloud view handling could answer better for some complex surface rebuilding. And the picking up of the feature curve by hand can also gets good resuit. Compared with the practical sample, the error could be decreased to the least level.
