| 摘 要： | 全面地分析了螺旋装药生产中存在的不安全问题,并换出了军品TNT不能适螺旋装药生产的原因是炸药的成型塑性差。因此研制了一种新的TNT混合炸药——改性TNT。大量宵验数据表明,这种药的综合性能良好。它可为实现常温螺旋装药安全生产的技术改造奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The unsafe factors in the process of the screw loading of TNT are analyzed . It is found that the plasticity of military TNT does not meet the requirements of the screw loading . Thus , a new kind of TNT mixture i.e. modified TNT is studied . A large mumber of experimental tests show that the combined property of the modified TNT is satisfactory to design requirement . It lays a good foundation for a technical innovation in the safe screw loading of TNT at room temperature . |
