激光切割喷嘴性能的分析与参数设计

摘    要:在激光切割中,喷嘴是激光切割机一个很重要的组成部分,它是聚焦光束和辅助气体的共有通道.通过气体动力学理论和激光切割实验结果的分析与研究证明:适当控制喷嘴的流体力学特性,即精心设计喷嘴的参数,可保证工件切口的表面质量.

Abstract:As the common exit for both the gas and focused beam, the nozzle is one of the critical components in gas-assisted laser cutting. The goodness of a nozzle design will directly influence the cutting quality. Theory and experiments show that the surface irregularity can be improved with appropriate control of the fluid dynamic characteristics of the nozzle. To guarantee a high cutting quality, the nozzle should meet the requirements on the mechanical stability in operation, on adjustability of laser beam and gas tightness. The nozzle aperture and clearance are also among the most important parameters. Test results show that a height sensing system is needed in order to guarantee a proper nozzle clearance during cutting.
