健身瑜伽对高校男子大学生柔韧素质影响的实验研究

摘    要:健身瑜伽72式可以对全身关节多维度的进行拉伸,激活全身深层的肌肉群,提高肌肉间的协同工作能力,有利于纠正、矫正大学生的不良体态,增强关节的灵活性及韧带的柔韧性及肌肉之间协同工作的协调性,以达到强身健体的目的。以某高校60名男大学生为受试对象,通过练习健身瑜伽的前三级动作来测定被试者的训练前后柔韧素质指标的变化。实验对象在经过8周健身瑜伽训练后,柔韧素质4项指标与自身前后对比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),提高幅度较大。经过8周健身瑜伽训练后,受试对象实验前后自身比较,肘关节绝对关节角度有非常显著差异(P<0.01);膝关节绝对关节角度有显著差异(P<0.05)。健身瑜伽72式能显著的提高肩关节、髋关节的柔韧性,增强肘关节、膝关节的稳定性健身瑜伽前三级动作具有简单易学且能安全有效提高男子大学生的柔韧素质。

Abstract:Fitness yoga 72-gestures can stretch the body joints in every aspects,activate the deep muscles of the whole body, improve the ability of muscles to work together,and help to correct the bad posture of college students trengthen the flexibility of joints,flexibility of ligaments and coorclination of muscles to achieve the purpose of physical fitness. In this study,60 male college students as subjects,through the exercise of the first three movements of fitness yoga to determine the changes in the quality of the subjects before and after the training of f'lexibility indicators.After 8 weeks of fitness yoga training, there were significant difference flexiroility quality between before and after training( P <0.01).After 8 weeks of fitness yoga training,the absolute joint angle of elbow joint was significantly different before and after the experiment( P <0.01).There was significant difference in absolute joint angle of knee joint( P <0.05).Fitness Yoga 72-gestures can significantly improve the flexibility of shoulder and hip joints,enhance the stability of elbow and knee joints,fitness yoga first three movements have the characteristics of simple and easy to learn,and can effectively improve the flexibility of male college students.
