摘    要:褥垫层的设置对CFG(水泥粉煤灰碎石桩)复合地基的沉降特性有着较大影响,本文以广梧高速公路十八合同段k131+010的CFG复合地基为实例,通过对褥垫层的作用机理进行详细讨论,得出最小褥垫层厚度公式,并运用三维有限差分程序FLAC-3D模拟了在不同褥垫层参数下CFG桩复合地基的沉降量及桩土应力比值.通过对模拟结果的分析表明,合理的褥垫层设计对桩土共同承担荷载起着重要的调节作用,可减少用桩数量,提高地基加固的效果.

Abstract:The cushion has a great effect on the settlement characteristics of the cement fly-ash gravel(CFG) pile composite subgrade. With the background of the 18th Contract Section k131 +010 CFG -pile composite subgrade of Guang-Wu Expressway, this paper discusses the working mechanism of cushion; and then a mini- mum cushion thickness formula is obtained~ using the three-dimensional finite difference software FLAC-3D, the CFG-pile composite subgrade settlement characteristics and pile-soil stress ratio under the different cush- ion's parameters are analyzed. The analytical results show that a reasonable cushion plays an important role in regulating the corporation of pile and earth undertaking the load; it also can decrease the number of piles and improve the effect of foundation reinforcement.
