| Abstract: | The basic theory of cable force optimization for cable staged bridge under the rational completion stage is briefly introduced from the viewpoint whether to consider the effect of the geometrical nonlinearity of cable-stayed bridge or not. Moreover, the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of various methods and applications are summarized and reviewed systematically. Finally, several new ideas are proposed for the further study. |
