小型单缸柴油机曲轴中心孔加工工艺的改进

摘    要:通过对曲轴中心孔加工工艺的改进,保证了曲轴两端中心孔的同轴度,为曲轴的车、铣、磨各工序提供了精确的定位,使曲轴的尺寸精度、位置精度和表面质量得到很大提高,降低了废品率,提高了劳动生产率。

Abstract:Through improving for central hole processing technology of the crankshaft, it has guaranteed its concentricity of the two end central hole. It has offered the accurate location for the turning and the milling and the grinding. It has raised also the size precision and the location precision and the surface quality etc. It has reduced percent defective and has also raised labor productivity at the same time. It obtains the better economic benefits.
