| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)联合化疗药物的毒副反应 ,采取相应对策 ,保证化疗的顺利进行。方法 :对经病理学或细胞学检查证实的50例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 ,采取以顺铂(DDP)为基础的联合化疗方案 ,观察其毒副反应 ,并予相应的防治处理。结果 :50例非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后均有不同程度的胃肠道反应、骨髓受抑制及肝、肾功能受损害。通过予5 -羟色胺(5-TH)受体拮抗剂类药物止吐 ,粒细胞激落刺激因子 (G -SF)类药物升白细胞及水化、保肝治疗 ,规范操作技术等措施 ,减少了化疗药物所致的各种毒副作用。结论 :非小细胞肺癌联合化疗药物的毒副反应 ,通过防范和治疗是可以减轻的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the side effects of combined chemotherap y for non-small cell lung carcinoma and to take the treating methods to finish the chemotherapy.Methods:50cases of advanced n non-small cell lung carcinoma diagnosed by pathology and cytology were treated used by the combined chemotherapy based on Cisplatin.The side effects of the drugs were observed and the patients were treated.Results:All the patients showed different degree gastroenteric reactions,bone marrow suppression and the damage of liver and kidney functions after received the chemotherapy.The side effects were reduced used by5-thrombotonin receptor antagon to stop vomiting,granulocyte colony stimulating factor to increase the number of leukocyte,hydration and hepatic protector,standard techniques and so on.Conclusions:The side effects of combined chemotherapy for non-small cell lung carcinoma may be reduced by prevention and treatment. |
