基于“三流”协同运作机理的电子商务模型研究

立足于协同电子商务基本理论,建立了内涵4个层次的基于“三流”协同层的电子商务总体运作模型,并对该模型下的“三流”协同功能层的六大平台功能进行了分析,进而对“三流”协同运作模型中“三流”运作过程中的信息流、物流和资金流的信息交换模式进行了研究,并以实际案例进行验证.通过建立一系列可视化模型,更好地理解和研究协同电子商务模式下“三流”的协同运作机理,该模型的建立及相关理论的探讨对企业实施电子商务高效率的运行,优化企业资源配置具有极其重要的理论指导意义.

Research on e-commerce model based on the three flows collaborative operation mechanism

Based on the basic theory of collaborative electronic commerce, collaborative e-commerce overall op- erating model including four level based on ＂three-flow＂ collaborative layer was set up, and the model of ＂three- flow＂ synergistic function layer including six major platform function were analyzed. At the same time, the ＂three-flow＂ collaborative operation model of ＂three-flow＂ in the process of information flow, logistics and cap- ital flow, information exchange mode was studied. We can understand and research collaborative electronic commerce mode of ＂three-flows＂ collaborative operation mechanism better through a series of visual model. It is very beneficial for e-commerce enterprises to have efficient operation and optimize the allocation of resources and has the extremely important theoretical guiding significance.
