对称与不对称Y型混合器混合机理

摘    要:
为了探明Y型混合器的混合机理,通过实验研究了混合时间、旋转速度、不同初始装粉方式以及改变混合器结构的对称性对混合均匀度的影响.通过观察左右装填粉末和上下装填粉末2种初始条件下硅胶颗粒在Y型混合器内的混合运动,定性比较了对称和不对称Y型混合器的混合过程与效果.在此基础上,通过测定混合物的取样成分,定量研究了氧化铝粉-铁粉的混合过程.研究结果表明,粉体的对流和扩散运动是Y型混合器的主要混合机理,在混合初期以对流运动为主,在混合后期经扩散运动进一步均匀混合;与对称Y型混合器相比,不对称Y型混合器中粉体的径向对流运动明显增强,从而有利于提高混合效率.

Abstract:
In order to enhance the mixing efficiency, the influence factors , such as mixing time and rotating speed, are experimentally studied on symmetrical and asymmetrical Y-type blender. By observing the movement of granular and calibrating of content of powder mixtures in symmetrical and asymmetrical Y-type blender, mixing mechanisms and transport patterns are studied. The results indicate that the dominant mixing movement is convection, and dispersion is weak. The asymmetrical structure enhances the movement of diametral convection compared with the symmetrical structure, and the mixing efficiency is increased.
