| 摘 要： | 橡皮树快繁过程中的茎尖苗生长、丛芽分化、生根诱导的适宜培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２．０＋ＮＡＮ０．１，ＭＳ＋ＢＡ１．０，１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ１．０和培养的基本条件为光照２５００Ｌｘ、１２ｈ／日、温度２０℃～２５℃，移栽技术等。培养过程中给予充足适宜的光照，可显著提高茎尖分化率。适于试管苗移栽的气温为２０℃左右。目前，橡皮树通过茎尖组织培养快速繁殖苗木已达到规范化、系列化大批量生产阶段。
