基于契约理论的民办高校科研人员激励机制研究

摘    要:指出现代大学是现代社会科学技术创新的重要源头,而缺乏具有科研能力的高水平师资成为制约民办高校发展的瓶颈。契约理论认为组织是经济主体之间一系列契约的组合,激励契约是契约组合的重要组成部分。在借鉴契约理论的基础上,提出民办高校应主动建立一种短期激励与长期激励相结合的管理机制。短期激励主要包括建立突出科研的业绩评价体系和绩效激励工资制;长期激励则充分利用民办高校管理的自主性,试行股权激励和终身教授制度。

Abstract:The shorlage of high-level research teachers is a bottleneck of the private colleges'developmemt.Contract Theoly takes an organization as a set of contraas,and incentive contracts are an important part of the set.Based on Contract Theory,this paper proposes a system that incorporates both short-term and long-term incentives.Speeiflcally,short-term incentives include performance evaluation system and performance-based salary system attaching importance to research;and long-term incentives include conduct experiment for stock-based incentive and tenure systems,fully taking advantage of their autonomous rights on management.
