光管错列省煤器几何参数变化对磨损影响的试验研究

摘    要:本文在对电站锅炉光管错列布置省煤器受飞灰磨损进行理论分析的基础上,建立了飞灰冲蚀管束磨损特性的数学模型,并通过试验研究求出质量相对磨损量与几何参数之间的函数关系.所得计算式具有实用意义,能对不同几何结构下的光管错列省煤器受磨损程度进行直接比较,可供工程应用时参考.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of erosion behavior impacted by flying-ash in power plant boilers,a mathmetical model of erosive characteristic for the staggered tubes is set up.A formula of relationship between the relative mass erosion rate and the geometric parameter of the economizer is obtained with the experiment study. This formula is of enormous practical significance.It can be used to compare the extent of erosion for the staggered plain tube ecnomizers with different geometric parameters directly and it can also be regarded as a reference in the engineering application.
