能适应组织、人员和业务流程变化的工作流模型

在基于工作流的应用软件中，由于软件的模型灵活性不够，无法适应需求的变化，经常导致软件失效．在分析了引起工作流软件修改的主要原因之后。构造了一个角色模型，作为连接组织模型与工作流模型的桥梁．基于国际工作流联盟的工作流模型，经过修改和细化，运用模式技术、组件技术等，形成一个更容易操作和实现的工作流模型，以适应软件使用过程中出现的组织、人员和业务流程的变化，取得了较好的效果，提高了工作流软件的适应性．

A Workflow Model to Support the Dynamic Changes of Organization, Personnel and Business

Application systems based on workflow lack flexibility and can not adapt to the varieties of requirements. For this problem, we built a role model as a bridge connecting the organization model and workflow model, and then proposed an improved workflow model based on the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) model and used patterns and components to construct this model. The characteristics of this model were well-formed and robust, could well adapt to changes such as organization changes, personnel changes, and business procedure changes, and could help enhance the availabilit and flexibility of software based on workflow.
