摘    要:通过2步反应合成了一种含仲胺基团的蒽类荧光分子,该小分子在不加其他任何试剂的情况下能够与二硫化碳(CS2)发生反应,通过硫原子的重原子效应导致分子荧光淬灭.利用核磁氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱(IR)、紫外-可见光谱以及荧光光谱证实了该荧光分子与CS2的反应,该类分子可成为检测CS2的“Turn Off”型荧光探针.

Abstract:In this work,the anthracene fluorophor with secondary amine group is synthesized through two-steps reaction.The interaction between anthracene fluorophor and CS2 molecules is investigated via nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),infrared spectrum(IR),ultraviolet-visible light spectrum(UV-vis)and fluorescence spectra.And the formation of addition-compound from secondary amine group of anthracene fluorophor and CS2 may be the cause of fluorescence turn-off.And this protocol can be a good choice for the determination of CS2 base on fluorescence quenching.
