| 摘 要： | 目的结合中国国情，探索新的森林生态效益补偿机制。方法应用生态学中种群增长的逻辑斯蒂曲线以及生态平衡原理，并以秦岭山区的油松为例进行研究。结果秦岭山区的油松作为木材每年可创造的经济价值达6400元／hm^2，比国家提供的补偿标准75元／（hm^2·a）高出几十倍，森林作为生产资料创造的直接经济价值将作为森林生态效益补偿的一部分。结论森林生态系统的生态功能和经济功能可以同时发挥作用，森林的经济效益与生态效益能够达到双赢。
