| 摘 要： | 以大蒜根尖为试验材料,用常规压片法制备染色体标本,研究取材时间和预处理方法对大蒜有丝分裂指数的影响.结果表明低温处理组上午9：40-10：00、8-羟基喹啉处理组上午9：00-9：20、对照组10点左右取材有丝分裂指数最高,且低温预处理效果明显好于8-羟基喹啉和对照组.

| Abstract: | The chromosome specimens of garlic root-tip were made with traditional squashing method.The effects of different time for taking root and pretreatment methods on Garlic mitotic index were studied.The results showed that： The highest mitotic index is at 9：40-10：00（a.m）with low-temperature pretreatment,9：00-9：20（a.m）with 8-hydroxyquinoline pretreatment and about 10（a.m）without pretreatment.And low temperature pretreatment effect was significantly better than 8-hydroxyquinoline and controls. |
