银杏叶提取物指纹图谱的研究与应用

摘    要:采用HPLC法,对银杏叶的提取物进行了指纹图谱研究:使用Waters Nova-Pak C18(Φ3.9×150 mm,4μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.2%磷酸水溶液和乙腈,二元梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温34℃,检测波长为310 nm和355 nm.利用该法对两种不同厂家生产的银杏叶提取物,以及自制银杏叶醇提物、水提物进行了检测,取得了满意的效果.该法操作简单、稳定性、精密度高,可作为各类银杏叶原料、中间产物及银杏叶提取物产品的质量控制依据.

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of fingerprints of Ginkgo biloba extracts was established.Waters Nova-Pak C18(Φ3.9×150 mm,4 μm) was used as analysis column and 0.2% H3PO4/acetonitrile as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with gradient elution.The column temperature was at 34 ℃,the wavelength of DAD detector was at 310 nm and 355 nm.This method was successfully applied to determine two kinds of EGb that from different manufacturer and the ethanol/water extracts of ginkgo leaves.This method was convenient,stable and repeatable.It can be applied to the quality control of ginkgo leaves,its extracts and relative products.
