福建省监狱民警压力、应对方式与心身耗竭的关系探究

探讨监狱民警压力、应对方式与心身耗竭的关系,采用福建省监狱民警（男性）压力量表、特质应对方式问卷和心身耗竭（MBI—GS）量表,对福建三个监狱1000位监狱民警进行测试.结果表明：监狱民警承受着较高的工作压力和社会压力.其中,工作压力、人际关系压力、家庭压力和社会压力与情感枯竭和冷漠分别呈显著正相关（r=0.205～0.679,r=0.166～0.507）,工作压力和人际关系压力与职业效能感减退呈显著正相关（r=0.127～0.306）;积极应对方式与心身耗竭的三个因子均呈显著负相关（r=-0.454～-0.26）,消极应对方式与心身耗竭的三个因子均呈显著正相关（r=0.238～0.506）;回归分析发现,工作压力、积极应对方式、消极应对方式、人际关系压力和家庭压力对心身耗竭具有显著的预测效应.

An Investigation on the Relationship among Pressures, Coping Style and Burnout of Prison Police in Fujian Province

To research the relationship among pressures,coping style and burnout of prison police,1000prison polices tested by Pressure Scale of Fujian Prison police（Male）,Coping Style questionnaire and MBI-BG.The result shows： prison polices suffer more from working pressure and social pressure;Significantly positive correlation found between working pressure,interpersonal relation pressure,family pressure,social pressure and emotional exhaustion/ cynicism（r=0.205～0.679,r=0.166～0.507）;same results been found between working pressure,interpersonal relation pressure and career self-efficacy slipping（r=0.127～0.306）;Significantly negative correlation found between positive coping style and the three factors of burnout（r=-0.454～-0.26）,Significantly positive correlation found between negative coping style and the three factors of burnout（r=0.238～0.506）;Regression analysis found that working pressure,positive coping style,negative coping style,interpersonal relation pressure and family pressure demostrated significant predictve effects on burnout.
