IT产品测试项目风险管理模型研究

以IT产品测试项目为背景，对当前的项目风险管理理论和IT产品测试项目中的风险管理现状进行了介绍和分析.在此基础上，根据当前主流的项目风险分析理论和模型，提出了适用于IT产品测试项目的风险管理模型.并结合案例，通过风险分析的方法，对IT产品测试项目风险进行识别、分析、制定管理计划和跟踪控制，从而使项目管理者更有效地利用风险管理模型来预见和掌控项目中的风险，进而推进项目的顺利进行.

Risk management in IT product test projects

This paper takes the project of IT product test as example, introduces and analyzes the current project risk management theories, and discusses the project manager how to manage the risk in the projects. On the basis of the current mainstream project risk models, sum up the risk management model for IT product test project with live case. To help the project manager on how to work more effectively in project risk management field.
