| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是全面践行科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。加强利益矛盾的协调,既是新农村建设的切入点,又是新农村建设的着力点,新农村建设的过程就是利益矛盾协调的过程。新农村建设过程中利益矛盾协调的路径,一是坚持科学的指导原则,二是加强制度的创新与改革,三是构建有效的协调机制。
