| 摘 要： | 苏云金芽孢杆菌制剂是一种主要的生物杀虫剂 ,本文从培育高效菌株、增加昆虫对 Bt的摄入量、化学杀虫剂促进 Bt的杀虫作用、植物次生物质的增效作用、Bt与其杀虫微生物及其代谢产物的协同作用、简单化合物提高 Bt的毒力以及保护 Bt免受紫外光的损伤等方面提高 Bt制剂的杀虫活性进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Bacillus thuringiensis is the most important biopesticide sold worldwide. But B.thuringiensis has some shortcoming such as the narrow spectrum of activity, the short persistence in field. The methods such as breeding higher toxicity strains, using feeding stimulants and pesticides, allelochemicals, chemicals and other microbial pesticides increasing the activity of Bt, which had been developed to enhance the efficacy of Bt were discussed in this paper. |
