| 摘 要： | 多学科协同是现代油藏经营管理的核心,为增强油田多学科团队协同工作的协同效应,在协同管理思想基础上,提出基于黑板模型的油田多学科团队两级协同工作模式,介绍了模式结构及其运行过程。该模式的提出为油田多学科团队协同工作模式的设计提供一种思路,对团队协同效应的产生提供机制性保障。
