本文通过东北林业大学规划信息系统构建的实例,探讨了如何从系统需求分析入手,借助地理信息系统(GIS)技术设计地块或小区域功能信息系统的思路和过程.同时,对于利用GIS建立城市规划信息系统的一般方法与问题作了一定的探讨.
