Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8h4nv01u7412w2t30/xxlarge945.gif" alt="agr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

AnAnolis skin melanophore assay suitable for photoaffinity labeling studies with α-MSH

Summary Visual determination of MSH-induced pigment migration in melanophores of small pieces ofAnolis carolinensis skin is standardized by first measuring photoelectrometrically the change in reflection/transmission of the whole dorsal skin in response to different hormone concentrations. This method allows the rapid and precise recording of time-response curves after photoaffinity labeling of MSH receptors or of dose-response curves of large series of synthetic compounds.Acknowledgments. Metabolism of 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in hamsters

Summary Metabolism of 26-hydroxycholesterol to 3hp684871l8h737l3/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid and other C24-bile acids has been expected to occur by way of 3hp684871l8h737l3/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in studies in vitro. 3hp684871l8h737l3/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-Hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid was infused intravenously into bile fistula hamsters and the following C24-bile acids were identified: 3hp684871l8h737l3/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid, lithocholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, and a small amount of cholic acid.     

静注西咪替丁对十二指肠溃疡出血患者24h胃内pH值的影响

１５例十二指肠球部溃疡出血的患者随机分为３组,分别静脉注射不同剂量的西咪替丁（Ｃｉｍｅｔｉｄｉｎｅ）并以生理盐水作为对照,用２４ｈ胃内监测仪来观察用药对胃酸分泌的影响。结果显示：各用药组的胃内ｐＨ值均有升高,各组间差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０００１）。各用药组ｐＨ值均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）,只有药量达１６００ｍｇ／ｄ时才有满意抑酸效果,抑酸时间为（１９３±４７）ｈ,胃内ｐＨ值均数为６４±０９。     

Nα-quinaldyl-L-arginine·HCl,a new defensive alkaloid fromSubcoccinella-24-punctata (Coleoptera,Coccinellidae)

The isolation of Nh563/xxlarge945.gif" alt="agr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">-quinaldyl-L-arginine·HCl (1) from the CoccinellidaeSubcoccinella-24-punctata is reported. The structure, first established on the basis of the analysis of the spectral properties of1, has been confirmed by synthesis. The alkaloid is of endogenous origin and markedly deterrent to ants.     

Molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the spleen of the b/b laboratory rat

The splenomegaly and the appearance of a significant number of CFU-E (erythroid colony-forming units) and BFU-E¹ (erythroid burst-forming units) in the Belgrade laboratory rat (b/b) spleen prompted us to analyse further the molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the b/b spleen. Messenger RNAs (mRNAs) specific for globins, proteins for iron transport and deposition and the band 3 protein were used in rat erythropoietic tissues as markers for proliferation and erythroid differentiation. In the b/b spleen, all mRNAs analysed display an erythroid-specific pattern of expression. This analysis also revealed an enhanced level of mRNA for ferritin in the +/b spleen, whereas erythrocyte-specific mRNA production was normal.     

200 km/h电力机车气动性能风洞试验与数值模拟

采用模型风洞试验和数值计算方法研究了200 km/h机车外形的气动性能.试验风洞为FD-09单回流低速风洞,模型缩尺比为1:8.873.数值计算采用流体动力学软件FLUENT,数学模型为三维粘性不可压缩流体雷诺时均方程和κ-ε双方程湍流模型.数值模拟结果与模型风洞试验结果基本吻合.在此基础上对多个外形的设计参数进行了优化,并对优化后的模型流场作了数值计算,得出了一些有益的结论.     

10-羟基苯并喹啉锂配合物电子结构和光谱性质的理论研究

采用B3LYP和abinitio CIS方法在6-31G(d,p)水平上对10-羟基苯并喹啉锂配合物(LiBQ配合物)的基态和激发态的几何构型进行全优化.在基态和激发态的优化构型的基础上采用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)的PCM模型计算配合物的吸收和发射光谱.计算得到的最大吸收和最大发射都是由于配体内电荷转移(ILCT)所致.计算结果表明配合物(LiBQ)是一种良好的发射蓝光的金属有机电致发光材料.
