“百病生于气”疾病观的针灸临床应用

 “百病生于气”见于《素问·举痛论》，几千年来始终是中医临床认识疾病、防治疾病的重要理论依据之一。对气的含义及气机失调致病的机制进行了梳理，得出了“百病生于气”的基本含义可以概括为气机失调是疾病发生的基本病机的结论，情志因素、精神心理是导致疾病发生的重要内因。分析认为“百病生于气”的理论对于针灸临床有重要指导意义，针灸诊疗过程中应注重“调气”“调神”，这是针灸取得佳效的根本保障。     

环境规制政策与公共健康——基于环境污染的中介效应检验

为了探究环境规制政策对于环境污染及公共健康的影响,本文基于我国1978至2013年颁布的976条环境规制政策,利用从政策属性力度、政策内容力度两个维度对我国环境规制政策进行量化的数据,构建了针对环境规制政策效果的计量模型,通过将中介效应检验方法引入环境健康经济学分析,检验了环境污染对环境规制政策与公共健康的中介效应.研究结果表明:环境规制政策对公共健康具有促进作用;我国总体的环境规制政策对于防治环境污染产生了一定程度的积极效果;环境规制政策通过对环境污染显著的部分中介效应进而对公共健康产生了促进作用.本研究基于总体环境规制政策文献量化角度考察的"政策-环境-健康"三维动态关系结果,阐明了环境规制政策、环境污染以及公共健康三者的影响传输路径,对于有效评估环境规制政策效果,保障环境质量以及公共健康的可持续提升具有理论借鉴价值.

我国正在进行完善和发展社会主义制度的自我变革，特别是在发展社会主义市场经济条件下，教育体制、教育模式、教育环境、教育对象等都发生了很大变化。如何适应这种变化，高校作为社会主义上层建筑的重要组成部分必须坚持两手抓，一手抓纪律，一手抓教改，二者不可偏废。     

Illustrations with Real Examples of Using Ecological Regulation Strategies Against Crop Pests in China

In this paper, a series of examples from China, including those using ecological regulation strategies successfully to keep crop pests under control and those making more damages of crop pests caused by wrong cropping systems, crop distributions or extensive cultivation, were given and analyzed. From these, two pieces of experience were enlightened as follows： the first, the refoms of cropping systems and crop distributions must be beneficial to pest control or at least not increase the damage of crop pests; the second, we should further clarify the relationship between population dynamics of pests and cropping system/crop distribution, the basis for correctly laying down the ecological regulation systems.     

Targeted inhibition of Livin resensitizes renal cancer cells towards apoptosis

Cancer cells are typically characterized by apoptosis deficiency. In order to investigate a possible role for the anti-apoptotic livin gene in renal cell cancer (RCC), we analyzed its expression in tumor tissue samples and in RCC-derived cell lines. In addition, we studied the contribution of livin to the apoptotic resistance of RCC cells by RNA interference (RNAi). Livin gene expression was detected in a significant portion of RCC tumor tissue specimens (13/14, 92.9%) and tumor-derived cell lines (12/15, 80.0%). Moreover, targeted inhibition of livin by RNAi markedly sensitized RCC cells towards proapoptotic stimuli, such as UV irradiation or the chemotherapeutic drugs etoposide, 5-fluorouracil, and vinblastine. These effects were specific for livin expressing tumor cells. We conclude that livin can contribute significantly to the apoptosis resistance of RCC cells. Targeted inhibition of livin could represent a novel therapeutic strategy to increase the sensitivity of renal cancers towards pro-apoptotic agents. 提出了利用上位机参与实时控制,综合分析在线参数、离线参数和间接参数,辅助发酵过程工艺研究和优化控制,并给出了上位机软件包的部分源程序及框图。该软件包对发酵工艺人员进一步了解菌种的遗传特性、细胞代谢调节和反应器工程特性方面有较大帮助。     

广西建设抽水蓄能电站的必要性和效益

广西电网需电量迅猛增加，峰谷差越来越大，迫切需要大量调峰容量。由于广西电网电源结构不合理，水电站调节性能差，枯水期出力小，火电机组最小技术出力高，电网调峰能力不足，汛期基荷容量过剩，造成低谷时大量弃水。建设抽水蓄能电站可以发挥其调峰、填谷双重作用，是当前解决电网调峰行之有效的最佳措施，应加紧实施。
