两种信令方式的转换及其实现

介绍了目前应用于我国长途电话交换局的两种主要的线路信令方式及其转换原理．分析了可能出现的“闭塞”现象，提出了解决方法，给出了实现方案和实际应用结果．     

Dynamical framework with blocking topography coordinates for atmospheric GCM and its validation

The dynamical framework with Blocking Topography Coordinates (hereafter, BTC), which is suited to handle the steep topography for the atmospheric general circulation models, is presented in this paper, together with its validation results. The integral properties of both the differential and finite-difference equations for the BTC dynamical core are: gross mass conservation, quadratic conservation for advection terms, Coriolis force does not change the kinetic energy, conservation of total available energy. The improved nonlinear iteration scheme is utilized for the time-integration. The energy conservation for BTC dynamical core is validated by using the integration results from 9-layer and 21-layer version respectively. Comparison results show that, the changes of the kinetic energy and total available potential energy during the integration are quite close for both the BTC dynamical framework and the dynamical framework of IAP 9-level and IAP 21-level AGCM, and this may suggest that the BTC dynamical core can be used for long-term integration with good computational stability. Furthermore, the BTC dynamical core has the advantage over the terrain following (sigma) coordinates in its better representation of the influence of the large-scale topography on the atmospheric general circulation. Finally, the correctness and reasonableness of the BTC dynamical core has been further proved by the numerical simulation of the topography influence on the quasi-stationary planetary wave with 21-layer version of BTC dynamical framework.     

激光水下通信中图像信号处理方法

针对激光水下图像通信的特点，设计出一种专用图像编、解码方案以及消除方块效应的后处理方案；给出了实验结果及系统综合评价指标．该方案算法简单、运算时间短，具有较高的压缩比和较好的主客观图像质量．所研制的实验系统简单实用，能在极低比特率（320～640bit／8）和极短通信时间的条件下传送静止图像。     

CDMA系统的一种动态呼叫接入控制策略

CDMA系统在区间业务不平衡的情况下会出现高的阻塞率,为了改善系统性能,论文中提出了基于动态资源预留的呼叫接入控制策略,在各个小区中为邻区即将到来的呼叫预留部分资源,预留的大小随呼叫阻塞情况自适应地调整.仿真结果表明,这种策略能很好地解决区间业务不平衡的问题,而且与基于固定资源预留的呼叫接入控制策略相比,该策略能够跟随话务量的变化,保持良好性能.     

阻塞流对电子膨胀阀控制的影响研究

深入分析液体在调节阀中的各种流动状态及其闪蒸和气蚀现象产生的条件后,针对电子膨胀阀内制冷剂流动状况,进行了制冷剂流态判定,揭示了节流过程中电子膨胀阀内制冷剂流动特性和阻塞流影响.结合制冷系统的实际运行工况对电子膨胀阀流量特性进行了试验.试验结果表明,在电子膨胀阀容量与制冷系统容量选型不完全匹配时,电子膨胀阀具有非线性的流量特性.分析探讨了阻塞流对电子膨胀阀优化控制的影响,并提出相应的控制改进措施.     

垃圾填埋场中水泥土屏障对Cu2+的阻滞性能

通过室内模型试验,研究了不同水泥掺量的水泥土防渗屏障和上海老港填埋场的膨润土砂水泥(塑性混凝土)防渗屏障对Cu~(2+)的阻滞效果,并应用数值模拟的方法对Cu~(2+)在防渗屏障中的有效扩散系数进行求解.研究结果表明,随着水泥掺量和屏障厚度的增加,水泥土屏障对金属离子的阻滞效果会逐步提升;Cu~(2+)在水泥土中的有效扩散系数(1×10~(-7)~2.5×10~(-7) cm~2·s~(-1))是在土中的有效扩散系数(9.53×10~(-6)~1.14×10~(-5) cm~2·s~(-1))的1/35~1/100;上海老港填埋场中的塑性混凝土防渗屏障对Cu~(2+)有较好的阻滞效果.     

基于闭塞时间理论的移动闭塞追踪间隔时间特性研究

移动闭塞作为一种最新的闭塞制式,可以在确保列车运行安全的前提下,使列车的追踪间隔达到最短。针对移动闭塞条件下列车追踪间隔,给出了列车对区间的时间占用带计算方法,利用时间带重叠法设计了基于闭塞时间理论（Blocking Time）的移动闭塞追踪间隔计算方法。对于影响列车追踪间隔时间的影响要素,在visual studio平台上设计了不同的仿真实验方案,利用本文给出的追踪间隔计算方法,对影响追踪间隔的要素进行定量分析,得到了各因素对列车追踪间隔的影响规律。     

The Role of Survey Data in Nowcasting Euro Area GDP Growth

This paper evaluates the impact of new releases of financial, real activity and survey data on nowcasting euro area gross domestic product (GDP). We show that all three data categories positively impact on the accuracy of GDP nowcasts, whereby the effect is largest in the case of real activity data. When treating variables as if they were all published at the same time and without any time lag, financial series lose all their significance, while survey data remain an important ingredient for the nowcasting exercise. The subsequent analysis shows that the sectoral coverage of survey data, which is broader than that of timely available real activity data, as well as their information content stemming from questions focusing on agents' expectations, are the main sources of the ‘genuine’ predictive power of survey data. When the forecast period is restricted to the 2008–09 financial crisis, the main change is an enhanced forecasting role for financial data. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

对烟气换热器(GGH)运行中发生的堵塞问题进行了分析,并通过调整和优化GGH在线清洁装置的运行参数,解决了三河电厂1#、2#GGH换热元件堵塞问题,使脱硫系统安全性和经济性有了较大的改善。     

循环伏安法对聚合物LB膜屏蔽效应的研究

利用电化学循环伏安法研究了沉积在ＩＴＯ导电玻璃电极上液晶聚合物ＬＢ膜的屏蔽效应．通过测量各种成膜条件下循环伏安图的变化，结合Ｘ－射线衍射和紫外光谱的结果，对ＬＢ膜的微细结构进行了探讨．
