伞花木染色体核型的研究

本文首次报道了国家二级保护植物伴花木（无患子科）的染色体数目，并对其核型进行了分析，结果表明：该种染色体的核型公式为：Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２２＝１６ｍ＋６ｓｍ，染色体属较对称的“２Ｂ”型。     

C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther, 1873

The C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of the metaphase chromosomes of Cynoglossus semilaevis are reported. The interstitial regions in all chromosomes including the pair of sex chromosomes had positive C-bands, and the 6th and 12th pairs of chromosomes were entirely stained in most cases. Some chromosomes such as the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th pairs showed C-bands at centromeric or distal ends. The C-banding heretochromatin occupies 30.03% of the total chromosome surface in C. semilaevis,which is similar to that of amphibians such as Mixophyes fasciolatus (30.2%) and M. schevilli (20.7%), but is rather lower than that of cephalochordate Branchiostoma belcheri (54.3%). Silver staining revealed a single pair of nucleolar organizer regions (NORs) located in the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2. The association of NORs with heterochromatin observed in vertebrates also occurs in C. semilaevis as the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2 are always stained positively with C-banding.     

两种蛙科无尾类的核型

腹斑倭蛙：2n=26(16M 1-SM),NF=52,除Nos,2,3,4,6,9等五对为SM外，其余诸对均为M，次缢痕位于8q，威宁蛙2n=26(18M 8SM),NF=52,除Mos,3,4,6,7 等四对为SM外，其余各对为M，次缢痕出现在1q和7q两处，前者频率较高，根据相对长度，臂比值和次缢痕的位置和数目讨论了蛙亚科的核型演化机制，推断可能是相互易位和臂间倒位为主。     

Telomeres and meiosis in health and disease

Telomeres are important segments of chromosomes that protect chromosome ends from nucleolytic degradation and fusion. At meiosis telomeres display an unprecedented behavior which involves their attachment and motility along the nuclear envelope. The movements become restricted to a limited nuclear sector during the so-called bouquet stage, which is widely conserved among species. Recent observations suggest that telomere clustering involves actin and/or microtubules, and is altered in the presence of impaired recombinogenic and chromosome related functions. This review aims to provide an overview of what is currently known about meiotic telomere attachment, dynamics and regulation in synaptic meiosis.     

西藏牦牛染色体的研究

应用外周血淋巴细胞短期培养法，结合Ｇ显带、Ｃ显带和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ显带技术，研究了西藏耗牛的一般核型、Ｇ带、Ｃ带、Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ核型，并对耗牛的Ｙ染色体多态性进行了探讨．     

Storage of irradiated human blood; a source of error in quantitative chromosome analysis

Summary Human whole blood was irradiated with 2.5 Gy of 220 kVp X-rays and stored before culture with 9.7 M BrdU and 19.4 or 38.7 M BrdU for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h. The frequency of dicentrics and ring chromosomes was determined in cells staining as first division (M1) metaphases with the fluorescence plus Giemsa technique. Storage had no influence on the observed aberration yields in 44 h cultures containing 9.7 M BrdU. In 66 h cultures at 19.4 M BrdU the observed yields after 2 and 3 days' storage were significantly lower as compared to cultures from fresh blood. No storage effect was revealed in 66 h cultures containing 38.7 M BrdU. In cases where cytogenetic radiation dosimetry has to be carried out using blood samples which have been in transit for 2–3 days, the findings are of relevance for a correct determination of the chromosome damage in M1 cells.     

Loss of antibody production accompanied by chromosome loss in a cloned hybrid line secreting antibodies to sheep red blood cells

Summary Somatic cell hybrids between Sp2/O-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells and lymphocytes derived from BALB/c mice hyperimmunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were produced. One hybrid producing IgG₁ antibody to SRBC was selected, cloned twice and subsequently transferred to BALB/c mice. After a number of transfers it was found that the antibody titer in ascitec fluid gradually decreased. Cytogenetic analysis revealed gradual chromosome loss in the hybrid clone, which produced progressively less antibody.     

三种国外冷杉的核型研究

首次报道了３种国外冷杉的核型。ＡｂｉｅｓｃｅｐｈａｌｏｎｉｃａＬｏｕｄ。有９对中部着丝粒和３对近中着丝粒染色体,Ａ．ｎｕｍｉｄｉｃａＤｅＬａｎｎｏｎｅｘＣａｒｒ．文中还讨论了３种冷杉及其氯不组的进化地位。     

木兰溪两岸浅井水对紫露草四分体微核率的影响

采用紫露草四分体微核技术,对莆田木兰溪下游河溪水和饮用的浅井水进行致突变性监测。结果表明,１０份河溪水能明显诱发紫露草四分体微核率的增高;与对照组相比１０份浅井水也均不同程度提高了四分体微核效应,８份已达到显著或极显著水平（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１）,且与诱发的紫竹梅四分体微核效应显著相关,ｒ＝０．９７７７。说明浅井水内存在致植物细胞染色体畸变物质,提示当地居民上消化道肿瘤高发与饮水污染有一定相
