金属间化合物Ni3Al中的硼晶界偏聚特性的AES研究

本文应用俄歇能谱仪研究了不同化学计量比ＮｉＡｌ金属间化合物硼在晶界偏聚的特性。研究结果表明：硼在Ｎｉ３Ａｌ的各个晶界偏聚存在着不均匀性，硼在晶界的偏聚范围只有几个原子层，晶界结构及晶界化学环境是影响在晶界偏聚的决定因素。     

NiAl金属间化合物熔体旋转法制备工艺参数研究

研究了金属间化合物快速凝固薄带的成型过程和影响薄带质量的工艺参数。提出了熔体在喷嘴处进行层流流动的经验关系式，给出了金属间化合物快速凝固薄带制备的最佳工艺参数。     

An Improved S-Random Interleaver Design for Turbo Code Based on Chaos Model

A new method to design interleaver based on Henon chaos model is presented. The designed interleaver is with rather random behavior. Experimental results show that the proposed S-henon interleaver make a magnitude of im provement in bit error rate （BER） performance by 0.4 dB compared with the S-random interleaver for AWGN channel respectively. The S-henon interleaver may be adapted to 3G mobile communication systems.     

Therapeutical effect of Shengmaisan is determined by the interaction among the three herbs

Shengmaisan is a recipe of traditional Chinese medicine, which is composed of three herbs. The interaction among the components from the three herbs of Shengmaisan is investigated using FT-IR, Matrix Assistant Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI TOF MS) and TEM observation. Interactions among various components from different herbs cause enhancement of the solubility of some component and suppression of the solubility of others. Results from MALDI-TOF MS show that some components found in the decoction from a single herb disappear when different herbs are decocted together. On the other hand, new substances are produced when two and/or three herbs of Shengmaisan are decocted together. TEM showed that vacuoles formed in the decoction from two and/or three herbs of Shengmaisan but did not occur in any decoction from a single herb. This result provides us direct evidence that the solubilized structure is formed by the interaction among the components from different herbs. This knowledge helps us to understand the therapeutical effects of traditional Chinese medicine.     

一种适用于牧区的新型太阳能系统

我国是世界上地质灾害最严重的国家之一,对人民群众的生命财产安全构成了极大的威胁.湖南省又是我国地质灾害较严重的省份之一,且水系发育,河湖地地质灾害较多.本文以澧县为例,介绍了河湖地区管涌、岸崩的发育特征、分布规律及形成因素等,并提出了相应的防治措施,最后对河湖地质灾害进行了易发性分区,取得了较好的实际效果.结果表明:文中提出的方法对河湖地区的地质灾害防治具有一定的实际指导意义.     

拟穴青蟹抗菌肽CrusSp基因克隆表达及抑菌活性分析

从拟穴青蟹血淋巴细胞提取总RNA,经RT-PCR扩增编码CrusSp成熟肽的cDNA序列,克隆至pET-32a(+)表达载体中,转化至王coli OrigamiTM(DE3)中表达CrusSp蛋白,通过Ni2+亲和层析柱纯化获得CrusSp蛋白,表达出的CrusSp蛋白相对分子量约10.27 ku,等电点为8.54,滤纸片扩散法结果显示CrusSp蛋白抑制绿色木霉.     

普通箍筋约束混凝土柱的中心受压性能

为进一步研究钢筋混凝土构件、结构的抗震性能 ,完成了 2 4根约束混凝土柱的中心受压试验。柱的混凝土立方体强度为 5 0 MPa左右 ,采用方箍、拉筋复合箍和井字复合箍 ,大部分试件的配箍特征值 λv 为 0 .0 7～ 0 .2 4。研究了 λv在新颁布的《建筑抗震设计规范》GB5 0 0 11-2 0 0 1规定范围内的约束混凝土的强度和变形 ,提出了可用于混凝土结构、构件非线性分析的约束混凝土的应力 -应变全曲线方程     

Seasonal transition and its boundary layer characteristics in Anduo area of Tibetan Plateau

Using the data, especially the GPS rawinsode data, observed in Anduo area of the Tibetan Plateau during the intensive observation period of GAME/Tibet in 1998, the transition from the dry to the rainy season along with their boundary layer characteristics is analyzed comprehensively. The result shows that the formation of the rainy season in Anduo area is related closely to the general atmospheric circulation. The westerly belt moving north and the southeast damp current are basic conditions for development of the rainy season in Anduo area. In the dry season, the air is drier, air temperature higher, and the atmospheric boundary layer is strongly developed to cause its maximum height to reach about 3550 m. Moreover the sensible heat flux is dominant, and the latent heat flux is small in the interaction of land-atmosphere energy exchange, and a reverse humidity phenomenon occurs frequently. In the rainy season, the air is damper, air temperature lower, and the ABL height, with maximum of only about 2300 m, is lower. And the sensible heat flux becomes much smaller, the latent heat flux much larger in the interaction of land-atmosphere energy exchange. The reverse humidity phenomenon disappears.     

阀控液压缸伺服系统的键图分析

利用传递函数或者状态方程无法准确地描述出阀控制非对称缸系统的非线性特性和一些隐含特性。为此建立了该系统的键合图模型，利用该模型进行仿真，提高了仿真方法的准确性，仿真结果表明动压反馈是一种有效的补偿方法，提出的观点方法对此类伺服系统的设计具有积极的指导意义。
