大学图书馆在大学生科技创新方面的现状与对策

随着教育部卓越工程师计划的推进,创新型、应用型高级专门人才培养成为高等教育人才培养的目标,大学生科技创新活动是创新型人才培养的重要组成部分,而目前的大学图书馆仅服务于教学,如何有效服务于大学生科技创新活动是新时期大学图书馆应该着重考虑的问题.本文针对这个问题提出了具体的实现方案.

A cooperative Co-evolutional immune algorithm
