山西省重点实验室评估政策研究

省重点实验室是地方科技创新平台的重要组成部分,发挥着为地方集聚人才、提升基础研究和应用基础研究能力的重要作用,重点实验室评估政策的制定和实施应以推动实验室提质增效、发挥科技创新平台效用为基础.在阐述实验室体系、评估意义及重点实验室定位、作用的基础上,结合国内外考核评估相关政策、山西省现有实验室建设情况,提出了山西省重点实验室评估政策的建议.     

Dielectric relaxation and conduction mechanism in Aurivillius ceramic Bi5Ti3FeO15

For this study, we synthesized Aurivillius Bi5Ti3FeO15 ceramic using the generic solid-state reaction route and then performed room-temperature X-ray diffraction to confirm that the compound had a single phase with no impurities. The surface morphology of the prepared sample was observed to contain microstructural grains approximately 0.2–2 μm in size. The dielectric properties of the sample were determ-ined as a function of frequency in a range of approximately 100 Hz to 1 MHz at various temperatures (303 K ≤ T ≤ 773 K). Nyquist plots of the impedance data were found to exhibit a semi-circular arc in the high-temperature region, which is explained by the equivalent electrical circuit (R1C1)(R2QC2), where R1 and R2 represent the resistances associated with the grains and grain boundaries, respectively, C1 and C2 are the re-spective capacitances, and Q is the constant phase element (CPE), which accounts for non-Debye type of behavior. Our results indicate that both the resistance and capacitance of the grain boundaries are more prominent than those of the grains. The alternating current (ac) conductiv-ity data were analyzed based on the Jonscher universal power law, which indicated that the conduction process is dominated by the hopping mechanism. The calculated activation energies of the relaxation and conduction processes were very similar (0.32 to 0.53 eV), from which we conclude that the same type of charge carriers are involved in both processes.     

融媒体环境下的受众计算:途径与挑战

融媒体改革是传统媒体应对传媒经济平台化和传媒平台智能化浪潮的一项重要措施.传统机构在融媒体环境中利用数据驱动的计算传播学方法“重新”认识受众、量化传播效果,既是时代的必然,又是时代的需要.本文论述融媒体环境中受众计算的“为什么”和“怎么做”问题,将受众分析分解为三个纵向数据维度(文本、网络和时空数据)和两个横向方法维度(统计分析和机器学习).最后,我们着重讨论融媒体受众计算所面临的困难和挑战,并提出可能的解决方案.     

基于载荷均衡的韧性配电网分布式故障恢复

韧性电力系统旨在应对电力系统的极端事件,高效的故障恢复是提高配电网韧性的重要手段。为了提升配电网的韧性,提出了基于载荷均衡的分布式故障恢复方法。首先,相邻馈线终端单元根据故障恢复区负荷、相邻馈线容量及负载率,计算各相邻馈线完成故障恢复后的负载率期望值。然后,各相邻馈线终端单元均以该期望值为目标,分别完成各自的故障恢复路径。最后,根据各相邻馈线的故障恢复路径形成故障恢复区的故障恢复方案。算例分析结果表明,该方法在保证各馈线载荷均衡的前提下可以有效而快速地实现故障恢复。     

Effect of Co substitution on the structural,dielectric and optical properties of KBiFe2O5

Cobalt (Co)-modified brownmillerite KBiFe2O5 (KBFO; [KBiFe2(1?x)Co2xO5 (x = 0, 0.05)]) polycrystalline is synthesized following the solid-state reaction route. Rietveld refinement of X-ray diffraction data confirmed the phase purity of KBFO and KBiFe1.9Co0.1O5 (KBFCO). The optical bandgap energy (Eg) of KBFO decreased from 1.59 to 1.51 eV because of Co substitution. The decrease in bandgap can be attributed to the tilting of the Fe–O tetrahedral structure of KBFCO. The observed room-temperature Raman peaks of KBFCO shifted by 3 cm?1 toward a lower wavenumber than that of KBFO. The shift in Raman active modes can be attributed to the change in the bond angles and bond lengths of the Fe–O tetrahedral structure and modification in response to oxygen deficiency in KBFO because of Co doping. Compared with that of KBFO, the frequency-dependent dielectric constant and dielectric loss of KBFCO decrease at room temperature, which is a con-sequence of the reduction in oxygen migration and modification in response to vibrational modes present in the sample.     

小行星35633和135356的历表研制及密近交会前后的轨道演化

在已知(349)Dembowska高精度质量的情况下,通过考虑密近交会改进了小行星35633和135356的历表.本文由蒙特卡罗方法给出了改进历表的不确定度,并利用姚安高精度望远镜的观测数据验证了历表改进的可靠性.与未考虑密近交会因素的JPL历表比较的结果表明,两种轨道之间瞬时根数的差值在密近交会时刻附近快速变化,这体现了(349)Dembowska在交会中对天体轨道演化的影响.尽管这种影响在一定时间内并不会产生显著的观测效应,但在历表研制中不予以考虑会显著降低外推历表位置的精度.     

Syndrome du jour: The historiography and moral implications of Diagnosing Darwin

Diagnosing Darwin's health problems has a long history. Innumerable diagnoses have been proffered in letters, articles, and a handful of dedicated books. Diagnostic speculation has exhibited contrasting somatogenic or psychogenic preferences. Psychogenic accounts dominated mid-century but were soon challenged by somatic explanations citing specific infectious or toxic aetiologies. This tension remains, although psychogenic accounts have tended to be swamped by an array of somatogenic diagnoses championed by biomedical specialists. As a whole, this parade of diagnoses has a striking syndrome du jour quality. Successive conjectures speak of the preoccupations and diagnostic fads of their particular age. Moreover, for many participants in this diagnostic game, unconscious presentism combined with self-serving projection, turning the question of what ailed Darwin into something of a Rorschach test. Never far from the surface was a sometimes-fraught tussle over the man's reputation, animated by the moral valences of the conjectures in play. In a broader sense, this diagnostic game has shaped biographical accounts of Darwin and his career in some significant ways.     

原位孔内剪切试验在路基边坡支护设计中的应用

为了对边坡的合理设计提供严密的参考依据,采用原位孔内剪切试验测试了某路基边坡填土的抗剪强度,对不同工况下的边坡支护效果开展数值模拟分析.结果表明,该路基边坡填土压实质量欠佳,呈现轻微的应变硬化特征,其内摩擦角为24°,黏聚力为12 kPa.采用桩基托梁挡墙支护后,边坡最大横向位移可以降低76.5％～84.5％,且随着桩长的增加,边坡变形逐渐减小,但减小幅度呈下降趋势;边坡全局应变水平相比支护前也有所减小,局部最大剪应变明显降低,滑弧特征被削弱.因此,可采用原位孔内剪切试验较为准确地获取边坡填土的强度参数,使得边坡支护设计更合理.     

基于反应体系的表面增强拉曼光谱快速检测乙基麦芽酚

以铁离子(Fe~(3+))为媒介,鞣酸还原氯金酸制备的金纳米粒子(Au NPs)作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底,实现比色-散射光谱双响应,快速鉴别食品中的乙基麦芽酚.其中比色法中,对乙基麦芽酚的检测限为0.50 mg·mL~(-1).SERS检测中,利用Fe~(3+)和乙基麦芽酚的络合作用,乙基麦芽酚的最低检测限降低到0.01 mg·mL~(-1),线性范围为0.05～1.00 mg·mL~(-1).该方法使用的仪器简单,操作方便,可对样品中的乙基麦芽酚进行现场直接测定.     

De Casteljau Algorithm and Degree Elevation of Toric Surface Patches

De Casteljau algorithm and degree elevation of Bézier and NURBS curves/surfaces are two important techniques in computer aided geometric design. This paper presents the de Casteljau algorithm and degree elevation of toric surface patches, which include tensor product and triangular rational Bézier surfaces as special cases. Some representative examples of toric surface patches with common shapes are illustrated to verify these two algorithms. Moreover, the authors also apply the degree elevation of toric surface patches to isogeometric analysis. And two more examples show the effectiveness of proposed method.
