NACA埋入式进气口气动特性试验设计优化

为了优化(美国)国家航空咨询委员会(National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics,NACA)埋入式进气口气动特性,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值方法,以阻力、总压恢复系数、出口质量流量和出口马赫数为性能指标,对3个关键几何参数进行了试验设计(design of experiments,DoE).基准工况结果表明,在进气口斜坡侧边靠近主流处有轴向涡产生.DoE结果表明,斜坡角度对性能指标影响大,斜坡扩张角角影响小,出口转折半径对阻力和出口质量流量影响大,且斜坡角度一定时折转半径越小越好.斜坡角度越小,前缘位置马赫数越小,涡管越长,同一截面速度分布越均匀,因此总压恢复系数和出口质量流量越大,且出口气流不均匀度小,气动性能佳.     

基于改进物元可拓模型的光充储系统运营效益评价

随着光伏发电规模的不断扩大和储能技术的快速发展,光伏发电和储能系统的结合逐渐得到应用,其运营效益可以有效地衡量光充储系统的经济性,也是系统进一步推广的关键.通过建立4个层面18个指标的光充储系统运营效益评价指标体系,并采用了主客观结合的组合赋权模型,结合改进的物元可拓模型对光充储结合系统的运营效益情况展开评价,并对评价结果展开分析.结果 表明:光充储系统总体的运营效益状况良好,并且所构建的光充储系统运营效益评价模型能够进行有效评价.     

基于科技查新数据的用户拓展及其关联聚类

科技查新用户数据是查新业务积累的真实而宝贵的资源,其充分利用不仅是查新业务管理的需要,可提升查新服务水平,同时还能用于挖掘更多的情报价值.调研发现,当前对科技查新用户数据的挖掘利用仍以基础性的业务管理分析为主,而增值情报价值的挖掘较少.为拓展成都文献情报中心科技查新客户群体和增值服务范围,做大做强查新业务,立足成都中心查新服务实践,依托于积累查新用户及其服务记录,在挖掘发现潜在服务对象的基础上,通过多维用户关联聚类,探讨了后期信息情报服务的精准营销与推送,分析了基于用户聚类的服务推荐存在的不足,展望了挖掘更多需求信息的推荐路径.     

飞秒光纤光源的波分解复用 复用实验

为研究飞秒光源作为链路初始光源的可行性，使用阵列波导光栅（AWG）对265 fs光纤光源进行波分解复用 复用实验。实验光源波长为1 52765～1 56505 nm，通道数为48，通道间隔为080 nm。研究发现:在分波实验中，飞秒光纤光源经过AWG后，扫描谱线3 dB带宽为064 nm ，相邻通道串扰为2726 dB，比连续光源增大502 dB；在合波实验中，观察到AWG多端口端对宽带光源的波长选择作用，验证了AWG的色散特性，发现多光束的输出谱线总体轮廓未出现太大变形；在波分解复用 复用实验中，谱线最大损耗为251 dB，输出谱线轮廓和初始光谱基本一致，信号在传输过程中未出现明显失真，证明飞秒光源作为链路初始光源的可行性。     

Evolutionary game analysis of low-carbon behavior credit supervision of logistics enterprises

Based on the low-carbon obligation fulfillment of Chinese logistics enterprises, this study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model to analyze the evolutionary process of the interaction between the local government, logistics enterprises and the public in the process of low-carbon behavior credit supervision. Then using Netlogo software, a parameter simulation experiment is conducted to determine the optimal policy for improving the effect of supervision. The results are as follows: ① The combined influence of the local government and the public can effectively change the strategic choice of enterprises and promote the low-carbon behavior of enterprises. ② In terms of improving the effect of supervision, reducing the cost of government supervision would have a highly significant effect, and reducing the cost of the public would be counterproductive. ③ Increasing the government subsidies to enterprises and the government’s fines to enterprises both have a significant effect, and the effect of improving the former is better. However, increasing the severity of higher-level governments punishing local governments will reduce the stability of the system. ④ Supervision can be more effective by increasing the public’s impact on enterprises’ earnings rather than by increasing government subsidies to the public.     

Molecular function of the novel α7β2 nicotinic receptor

The α7 nicotinic receptor is a promising drug target for neurological and inflammatory disorders. Although it is the homomeric member of the family, a novel α7β2 heteromeric receptor has been discovered. To decipher the functional contribution of the β2 subunit, we generated heteromeric receptors with fixed stoichiometry by two different approaches comprising concatenated and unlinked subunits. Receptors containing up to three β2 subunits are functional. As the number of β2 subunits increases in the pentameric arrangement, the durations of channel openings and activation episodes increase progressively probably due to decreased desensitization. The prolonged activation episodes conform the kinetic signature of α7β2 and may have an impact on neuronal excitability. For activation of α7β2 receptors, an α7/α7 binding-site interface is required, thus indicating that the three β2 subunits are located consecutively in the pentameric arrangement. α7-positive allosteric modulators (PAMs) are emerging as novel therapeutic drugs. The presence of β2 in the pentamer affects neither type II PAM potentiation nor activation by an allosteric agonist whereas it impairs type I PAM potentiation. This first single-channel study provides fundamental basis required to decipher the role and function of the novel α7β2 receptor and opens doors to develop selective therapeutic drugs.     

Macropinocytosis,mTORC1 and cellular growth control

The growth and proliferation of metazoan cells are driven by cellular nutrient status and by extracellular growth factors. Growth factor receptors on cell surfaces initiate biochemical signals that increase anabolic metabolism and macropinocytosis, an actin-dependent endocytic process in which relatively large volumes of extracellular solutes and nutrients are internalized and delivered efficiently into lysosomes. Macropinocytosis is prominent in many kinds of cancer cells, and supports the growth of cells transformed by oncogenic K-Ras. Growth factor receptor signaling and the overall metabolic status of the cell are coordinated in the cytoplasm by the mechanistic target-of-rapamycin complex-1 (mTORC1), which positively regulates protein synthesis and negatively regulates molecular salvage pathways such as autophagy. mTORC1 is activated by two distinct Ras-related small GTPases, Rag and Rheb, which associate with lysosomal membranes inside the cell. Rag recruits mTORC1 to the lysosomal surface where Rheb directly binds to and activates mTORC1. Rag is activated by both lysosomal luminal and cytosolic amino acids; Rheb activation requires phosphoinositide 3-kinase, Akt, and the tuberous sclerosis complex-1/2. Signals for activation of Rag and Rheb converge at the lysosomal membrane, and several lines of evidence support the idea that growth factor-dependent endocytosis facilitates amino acid transfer into the lysosome leading to the activation of Rag. This review summarizes evidence that growth factor-stimulated macropinocytosis is essential for amino acid-dependent activation of mTORC1, and that increased solute accumulation by macropinocytosis in transformed cells supports unchecked cell growth.     

A Method to Visualize the Skeleton Industrial Structure with Input-Output Analysis and Its Application in China,Japan and USA

The paper established a double filtering method (DFM) to visualize the skeleton industrial structure (SIS) of one economy and find its evolution rule. Different with the previous researches, this method is from a new view of industrial conjunctions combined by leading sectors to depict the industrial structure. It was proved that the leading sector selected by DFM must be key sector selected by Hirschman-Rasmussen method. Applied DFM to input-output tables of China, Japan and USA and MFA to Japan and USA, the results analysis showed that DFM could overtake the two main shortcomings of minimum flow analysis (MFA), scratch SIS of each economy with its own characteristics, visualize the general evolution rules of the industrial structure with crisscrossed conjunctions among leading sectors.
