回眸百年再启程:中国科技社团发展的历史进程与主要贡献

 19世纪末20世纪初在中华大地上兴起学会热潮，尤其是“五四”新文化运动以来，现代意义上的科技社团在中国已经走过了百年历程，构成世界科技社团发展史上波澜壮阔的画卷之一。在纪念“五四”运动100周年之际，回顾科技社团百年来发展历程，研究分析科技社团在中国科学文化启蒙、科学技术发展和经济社会建设中的重要作用，对于探寻新时代中国科技社团发展道路，具有重要的理论和现实意义。     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.

偶氮样品折射率变化的测量与计算

测量了偶氮染料甲基红掺杂PMM A薄膜的反射光谱,并对测量结果进行了修正.利用修正后的反射光谱进行了k-k变换,获得了样品的折射率分布.对样品进行了不同状态下吸收光谱的测量,利用k-k变换获得了样品在不同状态下折射率的变化分布.     

计及电动斥力效应的低压塑壳断路器机构动力学仿真

采用基于多体动力学原理的软件包ADAMS，建立了低压塑壳断路器操作机构的动力学模型，并通过实验测试了该型号断路器的机械性能．结果表明，所建模型的输出特性与实验结果吻合很好，证明了仿真模型的正确性．该模型的建立对于研究断路器的瞬态特性具有重要意义，为研究电动斥力对断路器机械特性的影响及机构的优化设计提供了良好的平台．利用霍尔姆公式和三维有限元分析软件ANSYS，计算短路开断过程的电动斥力，分析了短路情况下电动斥力对低压断路器开断过程的影响，实现了机电耦合．由于电动斥力的作用，机构短路情况下的动作时间比手动脱扣缩短了约2ms．     

语法隐喻与概念隐喻的关系初探

本文主要讨论语法隐喻与概念隐喻二者之间的关系。论文首先分别简单介绍语法隐喻和概念隐喻的基本理论，然后重点论述二者的异同。在此基础上作者得出结论，认为语法隐喻和概念隐喻在运作机制上具有一定的互补性。     

土壤持久性有机污染物控制与修复研究进展

持久性有机污染物(POPs)具有高毒性、长期残留性、生物蓄积性和半挥发性,其经环境介质(大气、水、土壤、生物等)在全球范围内传播,对人类健康和生态环境造成了严重危害.由此引起了全球的关注,其污染控制和治理已成为当前环境科学研究的热点和前沿之一.土壤既是POPs的天然汇,又是POPs迁移转化的枢纽.就POPs在土壤环境中的污染现状、控制与修复方法等进行了综述,并展望其发展动向.     

New cooperative frequency domain differential modulation and demodulation

An innovative method of cooperative frequency domain differential modulation and demodulation is presented.This method applies the prior knowledge of channel propagation to selecting the variable differential length and carrying out frequency domain modulation.This strategy optimizes the design of system parameters to effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the differential system in time-varied multipath channel circumstance without making the execution more complicating.The simulations and comparisons demonstrate the proposed method is effective,and the results show that it is especially suitable for the fading channel with strong propagation and fast time-variation.     

Banach空间中拟严格渐近伪压缩映射族的强收敛定理

在自反的具有K-K性质的严格凸的光滑Banach空间中,构造了一种新的无限族拟严格渐近伪压缩映射之公共不动点的杂交投影算法,在去掉集合C有界性的条件下,证明了公共不动点之强收敛定理成立。所得结果是近期相关结果之改进与推广。     

A new approach of available transfer capability incorporating wind generation

The approach of available transfer capability (denoted as ATC) incorporating wind generation has been paid very high attention since the development of wind generation. Based on the maximum function, this paper presents an ATC model. The characteristic of the new model is twofold. First, it considers wind turbines connected to power system and static security of power system simultaneously. Second, it is a system of semismooth equations and can be solved easily. By using the smoothing strategy, a smoothing Newton method is adopted for solving the proposed new ATC model. Numerical simulation results of the IEEE 30-bus and 118-bus system show that the new model and algorithm are feasible and effective. The impact of wind turbines connected to power system on ATC is also analyzed.
