Percussive-rotary drilling technology was considered many years ago as one of the best approaches for hard rock drilling. It is a key for popularizing this technology on a large scale to design and make an impactor with excellent performance. This paper presents a suit of method to design the percussive parameters for the oil or gas field by introducing the working principle of back-pressured impactor, dividing the working periods of impactor into three phases and establishing the computer emulational model of percussive parameters. It draws a comparison between the results of model calculation and experiment on the basis of analyzing the experiment results of impactor. The conclude provides credible foundation for designing and further ameliorating the impactor.  相似文献

分析了液体在涡轮钻具叶片表面流动规律,得出高效率涡轮钻具叶片型线设计应该满足的必要条件.由此提出了一种满足条件的叶片型线模型,并根据叶片的几何关系给出了数学模型的求解方法,为提高现有涡轮钻具的工作效率提供了一种参考叶型.并应用Pro/E进行了三维特征建模,基于这种参数化的模型,直接和高级语言编写的应用程序接口,可实现自动修改实体特征.在此基础上,编制了涡轮钻具叶片设计软件,实现了涡轮钻具叶片的自动设计,提高了涡轮钻具的设计质量和设计效率.  相似文献

In this paper we have introduced a new method of measuring the radial loads on both big and small journal bearings and axial loads on the bearing thrust of the bit under steady or dynamic load. Using this method .we performed a series of experiments with the .bit made of real cone on our test stand .We have obtained some data with the second cone of the bit of 8 XHP 5 -3 type under dynamic loads, 0n the basis of these data we concentrated on how to study the loads on journal bearings with the help of harmonic and statistical analysis, Besides, we have found out that analysis of the density of the power spectrum is an important method of studying the load on the journal bearings and the tooth face structure of different cones.At the end of this paper we have discussed the results of our experiments,made to study the change of the load distribution on each bearing when the second thrust is on load.  相似文献
