生长素对乔纳金苹果试管苗生根的影响

以三倍体苹果品种乔纳金试管苗顶部茎段为试材，将其接种于添加不同生长素及其组合的MS(基本培养基)中，研究IAA、IBA、NAA 3种生长素对苹果试管苗生根的不同效应。结果表明：3种生长素均可诱导乔纳金试管苗生根，且组合处理的效应普遍优于单种激素，其中以MS IBA 0．8mg／L IAA 0．7mg／L为最好，其生根率达92％。     

Juvenile hormone titre and regulation in the cockroachDiploptera punctata

Summary Titres of juvenile hormone (JH) have been determined in both hemolymph and whole body extracts of femaleDiploptera punctata during the first gonotrophic cycle using a method employing gas chromatography/mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative analysis. JH III is the sole JH found in both adult and last instarD. punctata. Maximum values of 1500 ng/ml (6M) were observed at the middle of the gonotrophic cycle, when basal oocyte growth rate was greatest. Changes in rates of JH release in vitro by corpora allata paralleled closely the changes in JH titre, suggesting that biosynthesis is a major regulator of titre. JH levels per animal were calculated from observed JH titres, and at certain time points in the gonotrophic cycle JH levels obtained from analysis of whole bodies were significantly greater than those predicted from hemolymph titres. These results suggest the existence of a nonhemolymph JH pool inD. punctata. Decay in JH titre after allatectomy of 5 day females has also been studied. Following a rapid initial decline, the rate of decay slowed appreciably 4 h post-operation. Thus, use of a first-order rate constant to estimate half-life of JH significantly underestimated the longevity of the hormone. The apparent persistence of JH following allatectomy may be due to the existence of a nonhemolymph JH pool.

Summary The defense secretion of soldiers ofReticulitermes lucifugus has been shown to contain, predominantly, (R)-(–)-(E,E)-geranyllinalool together with germacrene A and -farnesene.This report covers part of a collaborative study with J.-L. 以PEG 4 0 0为催化剂 ,在液 液相转移催化条件下合成了一系列新的 1,3 苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯 .用元素分析、IR以及1 HNMR确定了它们的结构 .初步生物活性试验表明 ,该类化合物对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用 .     

Antioxidant survey to assess antagonism to redox stress using a prokaryotic and an eukaryotic system

Using a prokaryote (Escherichia coli) and a metazoa-resembling eukaryote (Ochromonas danica), we surveyed antioxidants which might overcome redox stress imposed by menadione sodium bisulphite (MD) and buthionine sulphoximine (BSO). BSO oxidant stress was evident only inO. danica; MD oxidant stress was evident in both organisms. Glutathione, its precursors, e.g. cysteine, homocysteine, and 2-oxo-4-thiazolidine carboxylic acid, and red blood cells, emerged as prime antioxidants for relieving BSO and MD oxidant stress. BSO and MD oxidant activity and antioxidant-annulling effect inO. danica were judged comparable to those found in animal cells whereas the resultsE. coli were not entirely equivalent. TheO. danica system emerged as a practical, rapid, and useful system for pinpointing oxidant stressors and antioxidants, and shows promise for studies with mammalian systems.

以石油为唯一碳源，从被石油污染的玉门油田土壤中，分离、筛选出2株高效降解石油的茵株A和B，研究了它们对原油的降解能力．结果表明，经12d后，A、B对原油的降解率分别可迭61．71％和53．12％．GC-MS分析表明，饱和烃中的正构烷烃、烷基环己烷、烷基苯和二环烷均能被明显降解，芳香烃中的萘和烷基萘经降解后几乎消失，菲和烷基菲经菌A作用后发生明显降解．茵株经鉴定，二者均为芽孢杆茵．     

弹性球体在冲击载荷下的应力波传播

给出了弹性球体在冲击载荷下应力波传播的解析解。该解法是利用特征函数展开法，将动力学的一般解分解为满足非齐次边界条件的准静态解和仅满足齐次边界条件的自由振动解，其中准静态解满足欧拉方程，而自由振动解满足贝塞尔(Bessel)方程。利用分离变量法，贝塞尔(Bessel)方程的解是一个由球贝塞尔函数构成的级数形式解，然后将此解和准静态解叠加，可得弹性动力学问题的解。与特征线法，积分变换法，广义射线法相比具有物理意义更加明确，数学解法更加简明的优点，同时这一解法可以推广到任意载荷下，各向同性弹性动力学中的一般球对称问题。

提出了一种上升有序加权欧氏平均 (AOWEA)算子 ,详细研究了它的一些优良性质 ,如 :单调性、置换不变性等 .给出了一种基于AOWEA算子的多属性决策方法 .最后通过实例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性 .

从码重分布的角度分析了影响Turbo码性能的原因，介绍了Turbo码最优周期交织器的概念，为Turbo码提供了一种新的交织器设计方法。经实验验证，用提出的方法所设计的交织器具有较好的性能，易于实现。
