比较了管理科学尤其是系统管理学这一学科,与所谓“新潮”管理法（主要提到权威法、全面质量管理、企业再造和学习性组织等四种）在调查研究方面的不同之处。通过比较证明,系统管理学凭著其细致扎实的工作基础,比起“新潮”管理法来,对管理界人士要有用得多。最后着重讨论了系统和后现代主义之间的关系——后者往往对系统性的或程序性的做法持悲观的态度     

论当代系统思想的最新发展及演变趋势

着重就当代系统思想从硬系统思想到软系统思想乃至辩证系统思想的发展轨迹，做了一个简短的回顾，并突出分析比较了软系统思想、辩证系统思想等当代系统思想最新研究成果的不同特点，以及对我国经济建设 的借鉴意义。认为，21世纪将是软硬系统理论与思想融合发展的时代。     

Motives for Corporate Environmental Responses in Chinese Small-and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Motives for corporate environmental responses( CERs)have received little research attention. This study examines the motives for CERs in Chinese enterprises. In-depth interviews with senior executives of 35 small-and medium-sized enterprises( SMEs)in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces reveal that China's SMEs have mainly responded reactively to environmental problems. Legitimacy motive is the main reason for the CERs. Strategic motive is also recorded,although to a lesser extent.     

Path of Building a Global City in Shanghai Based on the “Space of Flows” Theory

The "Shanghai Master Plan(2017—2035)" clearly states that building a global city with excellence has become the direction of its efforts in recent decades which requires Shanghai to become an important "global node" in the global city network structure like New York and London. Based on the "space of flow" theory, this paper uses the interlocking network model of Globalization and World Cities(GaWC) to calculate connective index of 48 cities whose level is "alpha" and above in GaWC's researches. There are still many gaps between Shanghai and other top global cities such as New York, London and Tokyo. Through the calculation of Theil Entropy, the importance ranking of the factors affecting Shanghai's status in the global city network is obtained. The results show that the proportion of foreign population, the number of sister cities, the number of headquarters of multinational corporations and the proportion of GDP in the whole country significantly affect Shanghai's status in the global city network.     

纺织服装工程科技人才现状与培养模式的改革

以纺织服装产业发展为背景,通过问卷访谈等方法,分析了我国纺织服装工程科技人才的供需状况,总结了纺织服装工程科技人才培养的规模、区域分布、专业结构、学历结构等方面的现状和问题。着重研究了当前我国纺织服装专业人才培养中的教育环境、专业设置、师资队伍、课程建设和教学方式等方面的问题。根据纺织服装工程科技人才成长的规律,提出了改革和完善全过程人才培养模式的思路和对策。
