基于多环返工串行生产线的性能优化建模

为评价和优化串行多环返工生产系统的生产性能表现，结合质量管理与精益生产的理念，区别于传统的返工机制，提出一种全新的“即刻返工”检查机制，将生产系统建模扩展至多机多缓冲区的复杂生产系统.基于生产系统的两大要素，机器与缓冲区的生产状态变化，依据概率论与马氏定理，构建缓冲水平的动态概率转移矩阵，以在制品库存水平及系统平均生产率作为研究指标，针对生产设备及缓冲区展开瞬态分析，通过迭代计算，表明设置合理的系统规模与缓冲区阈值能达到优化系统生产性能的目的，并通过数值实验验证其有效性.     

氢化物—原子吸收分光光度法测定钢铁中砷含量

本文研究了在氢化物一原子吸收分光光度法中各种无机酸介质及其浓度对氢化物形成的影响,说明了钢铁中一些常见离子和几种也能形成氢化物的元素对砷测定的干扰情况,确定了一种测定钢铁中砷含量的简单、灵敏、快速的方法.

铝质量分数对CL-20基炸药驱动筒壁能量输出结构影响

为探究铝粉质量分数对六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷（CL-20）基炸药在爆炸驱动筒壁过程中能量输出结构的影响,考虑到筒壁及爆轰产物的轴向运动,基于微元法和爆轰产物状态方程建立了爆炸驱动过程中的能量输出模型. 设计了2种不同铝质量分数的CL-20基炸药（CA5、CA30）和对应的含氟化锂炸药（CF5、CF30）,开展直径50 mm的标准圆筒实验,应用光子多普勒测速仪记录圆筒壁膨胀速度. 计算结果表明:圆筒壁膨胀过程中,基体炸药质量分数由89%降至64%时,CL-20基含铝炸药和含氟化锂炸药驱动金属的能力降低;铝粉质量分数由5%增加到30%时,膨胀结束时刻的内能随之增加;不同氟化锂质量分数的CL-20基炸药能量转化率在93%左右,该值均高于对应的含铝炸药.
