不同量的Co3o4负载在石墨烯(G)上制备出负载型催化剂(Co3o4/G),并用x射线衍射(XRD)对其进行了表征.同时将期应用于基于硫酸根自由基的高级氧化技术降解酸性橙Ⅱ的反应中.研究了该负载型催化剂在降解酸性橙Ⅱ过程中的性能.在既定的最佳实验参数的条件下,根据不同负载量催化剂降解Ⅱ的效率确定出催化剂复合物的Co3o4最佳负载量.  相似文献

本课题主要研究“三相流化床中催化氧化高硫高砷金精矿或尾渣提金银及综合利用”。开发了一种适合NOx催化氧化金精矿的三相循环流化床,选择并主要进行了可循环催化氧化剂(NOx)的设计、初步优化,在再生系统中完成NOx再生与循环,研究了温和条件下NOx催化氧化高硫高砷金精矿化学动力学,同时研究了O3、双氧水。利用压力传感器、电导率仪、溶解氧仪等设备结合传统的流化床研究方法和手段对本流化床进行了参数优化,进而用该流化床处理了几种典型的难选冶金精矿或尾渣,不仅提高了金银的提取率(高达90%),而且对预处理尾液进行了净化和综合利用。  相似文献

A study was undertaken to investigate the production of amino acids from excess activated sludge (EAS) by enzymatic hydrolysis. Firstly, the protein was extracted from EAS. Secondly, the protein solution was further hydrolyzed under free enzyme or immobilized enzyme. The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP) were applied to determine the contents of amino acids and heavy metals, respectively. The effects of enzyme/substrate(E/S), pH, temperature, and reaction time were investigated in detail. The results indicated that, the optimum conditions for protein hydrolysis were temperature 55℃, pH 10, E/S 9 g/L, and reaction time 8 h, and the highest yield of amino acids was more than 10 g/100 g dry sludge (DS) under free enzyme. Moreover, the security and nutrition were taken into consideration. There were seven kinds of essential amino acids and ten non-essential amino acids in the raw amino acid (RAA) solution, and the contents of heavy metals were lower, living up to Hygienical standard for feeds (China). This technology widens the source of amino acids and makes the extraction of amino acids from EAS more economic and effective.  相似文献

研究了煤在酸性或碱性条件下电化学净化对煤质的影响。结果表明,在适当的电解条件下电化学脱硫对煤质影响不大,但若提高有机硫的脱硫率,则对煤质影响明显。将处理过的煤用四氢呋喃(THF)萃取,并将THF可溶部分进一步用环烷萃取,完全宿煤THF可溶物和环乙烷不溶物含量高于原煤。  相似文献

The catalytic oxidation of nitrogen oxide( NO) from waste gas was investigated using advanced oxidation process based on sulfate radicals. The manganese oxide immobilized on graphene oxide( GO) can activate peroxymonosulfate( PMS) for the oxidation of NO in waste gas. The Mn3O4 / GO catalyst system was characterized via X-ray diffraction( XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrocopy( FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy( EDS),and scanning electron microscope( SEM).The results showed that Mn3O4 was distributed on GO. The Mn3O4 /GO catalyst system exhibited efficient activity for NO oxidation when the Mn3O4 /GO catalyst had an optimum Mn3O4 loading. In addition,the best catalytic oxidation could be achieved within 60 min with 0. 25 mmol /L Mn3 O4 /GO catalyst, and2 mmol /L PMS dosage at 25 ℃. The catalysts also exhibited stable performance after several rounds of regeneration. Therefore,the results may have significant technical implication for utilizing Mn3O4 /PMS to oxidize NO for offgas treatment.  相似文献

以硫酸为介质,硫酸锰为电解催化剂,在以铂为电极的无隔膜电解池中研究了煤系黄铁矿的电化学催化氧化。研究表明,煤系黄铁矿中硫的转化率随着电解电位的提高,锰离子浓度的增加、煤浆浓度的降低、煤颗粒直径的变小、电解质酸度的增加和电解温度的提高而提高。进而对这些数据进行了动力学分析。结果表明煤系黄铁矿的电化学氧化反应符合未反应缩核模型,Mn^3 与黄铁矿表面发生的氧化反应是控制步骤,该反应的表面活化能的29.6kj/mol。  相似文献

选择无隔膜电解池(三电极电池)分别在碱性和酸性条件下,研究电解条件(电位、温度、时间、添加剂)对煤系黄铁矿脱硫率的影响,对电解液和电解残渣的酸洗滤液进行了组分分析,探讨了碱性和酸性条件下电化学法脱除煤系黄铁矿硫的反应及机理。研究表明,电解电位越高,电解温度越高,电解时间越长,黄铁矿的脱硫率越大。在酸性条件下,加入KI、FeCl3能够提高脱硫率。  相似文献

In this study,a series of Co_3O_4/ mildly oxidized graphite oxide(mGO) nanocatalysts(Co_3O_4/ mGO-l,Co_3O_4/ mGO-2 and Co_3O_4/mGO-3) were synthesized through solvothermal method and used as a mediator for the heterogeneous peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation.The performance of CO_3O_4 / mGO/PMS system was investigated using acid orange 7(AO7).Results showed that Co_3O_4/mGO-3 had the best degradation efficiency of AO7 and the removal rate was above 90%in about 6 min.The phenomenon indicated the catalytic activity of Co_3O_4/mGO composites was related to the oxidation degree of graphite oxide(GO).In addition,experiments showed the content of Co_3O_4 had an effect on the catalytic activity.The composites were characterized with X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),FTIR,Raman,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).According to the charactrization and synergistic catalytic mechanism,the generation of Co—OH complexes found to be the initial step to activate PMS in the heterogeneous system of Co_3O_4/mGO hybrid.  相似文献
