一种新的基于Kohonen网络的图像矢量量化

矢量量化是一种重要的数据压缩方法.本文利用Kohonen自组织映射神经网络进行矢量量化,首次较为详细地讨论了具体实现的步骤与细节,并在此基础上为改善边缘质量,提出一种基于Laplas算子检测边缘弓引导神经网络训练的方法,并通过实验证明其效果是明显的.

Modeling and Control of Active Suspensions for MDOF Vehicle

The conventional method for analyzing active suspension control for a vehicle is only to analyze a quarter or half car with a lower order degree-of-freedom (DOF) model, but such models do not actually model practical applications. Accurate models of a suspension control system require a multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) vehicle model with a detailed model of the controller. An MDOF model was developed including the influence of factors such as the engine, the seats, and the passengers to describe vehicle motion using a reduced order model of the controller designed by using the H∞ control method. The control system performance has been investigated by comparing the H∞controller with a linear quadratic (LQ) controller.     

以4,4''''-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯为客体的环糊精类轮烷的合成与表征

以4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯(bibp)为客体,通过自组装合成了4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯和环糊精的[3]类轮烷,并通过元素分析,1HNMR,ESI-MS,IR,TG-DSC进行了表征和固体热稳定性等研究,结果表明:由于bibp客体分子链较长,含有两个苯环,所以可穿入两个β-环糊精分子,形成[3]类轮烷.     

Dynamic Characteristics of Inter-Satellite Links in LEO Networks

To establish an efficient inter-satellite link (ISL) in an LEO network, the effect of geometric characteristics of ISL on the ISLs and the devices on the LEO satellite should be examined. Because of the continuous movement of the LEO satellite, the time-varying behaviours of the ISL's geometric charactersistics continuously change with the changes of the satellite's position on the orbit. These dynamic geometric characteristics of the ISLs are important for ISL's performance analyzing and the design of the devices on the LEO satellite. This paper describes dynamic geometric characteristics of ISL, analyzes the impact of these regulations on the tracking system of the satellite's antenna and the power adjusting system of the satellite's transmitter, with the Iridium system as an example.     

频变系统特征问题及其灵敏度分析的扩阶法

当振动系统的物理矩阵（刚度矩阵和／或质量矩阵）是频率的函数时,该特征问题就变为非线性特征问题．由于振型的非正交性,使得非线性特征问题及其灵敏度分析存在困难．针对可展成幂级数形式的非线性特征问题,提出了一种通过初始系统矩阵的扩阶来使原非线性问题线性化的扩阶方法．该方法的优点是：由于在线性化过程中未引入任何误差,因而是精确的;可适用于强非线性特征问题;可求得系统的所有特征值及其灵敏度．数值示例表明,该方法虽很简单,但十分有效．     

清洁级小鼠感染嗜肺巴氏杆菌情况的初步调查

从１５只患结膜炎、肺炎的小鼠中分离出嗜肺巴氏杆菌１２株。随后对其群体中１０个品系８５只小鼠进行普查,结果感染率最高为ＣＢＡ及ＡＭＭＳ／１３小鼠,达２５％,ＡＢＬＢ／ｃ及ＡＭＭＳ／１也有检出,应引起生产者足够的重视。     

荧光法测定Ce^3＋与tRNA的结合常数

与其它稀土离子的自身荧光相比,稀土Ｃｅ３＋水合离子的荧光要强得多,并且在很宽的浓度范围内与其浓度成很好的正比关系,因此可以用来确定Ｃｅ３＋离子的浓度．ｔＲＮＡ非常强烈地猝灭Ｃｅ３＋水合离子的荧光．采用荧光滴定的方法研究了Ｃｅ３＋－ｔＲＮＡ体系,并用Ｓｃａｔｃｈａｒｄ方法测量了Ｃｅ３＋离子和ｔＲＮＡ的结合数和结合常数,结果发现：ｔＲＮＡ中有２组Ｃｅ３＋结合位置,其结合常数分别为约１０８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和１０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．向体系中加入精胺可使结合数和结合常数稍微降低．     

粉末高温合金平衡相析出行为的热力学对比

利用热力学平衡相计算方法及相应的高温合金数据库对René95,Rene88DT和эп741нп三种合金在平衡相析出温度范围和析出量以及之间的关联性进行了系统的热力学计算对比分析.结果表明:三种粉末高温合金的平衡相种类基本相同,主要平衡相为γ,γ'和碳化物M23C6,MC,M6C.René95合金中的碳化物含量要高于其他两种合金.3п741нп有着较高的γ'相析出温度和较大的析出量.随温度降低,Co和Nb从γ'相中析出,在其周围富集,其中3п741нп合金中尤为明显.合金元素的偏聚度也和合金的初熔点与终熔点之差的大小有关,其熔解区间越大即初熔点和终熔点之差越大,合金元素的偏聚度越大.     

Fractalkine基因真核表达质粒的构建及其在小鼠肝癌细胞中的表达

为克隆小鼠趋化因子Fractalkine(．FK)基因，构建真核表达质粒，并在小鼠肝癌细胞中表达，用以进行肿瘤的基因治疗，用RT-PCR法，从小鼠乳腺癌细胞D2F2扩增FK的cDNA，插入pCR2．1 TOPO载体，测序证实后，将其亚克隆至质粒pIRES中构建FK真核表达载体；用脂质体将重组质粒转染小鼠肝癌MM45 T．Li细胞，经G418筛选获得抗性细胞克隆，用RT-PCR和免疫化学方法鉴定转染细胞中FK基因的表达．结果表明：经限制性内切酶酶切图谱分析和DNA序列测定证实目的基因已插入重组质粒，RT-PCR和免疫化学方法证明转基因MM45T．Li细胞克隆中存在小鼠FK基因的表达。
