等候区手术患者家属的心理影响因素及干预措施

目的:探讨等候区手术患者家属的心理影响因素及其干预措施.方法:通过临床护理实践及查阅相关文献进行总结分析.结果:影响因素及其干预措施包括详解病情及手术风险性;对手术环境及术中情况的告知;完善急诊手术患者家属心理干预;根据不同文化水平进行健康宣教;尽量以病情为主,设计最经济有效的治疗方案;提高医护人员从业技能及道德品质.结论:对等候区手术患者家属进行积极有效的心理干预,可很大程度上减轻患者家属的焦虑程度,缓和医患关系,一定程度上提升了医疗质量.     

辽宁大学生身体健康状况的调查研究

运用问卷调查、健康检测及数理统计等方法,对辽宁大学生健康状况及影响诱因进行调查分析。结果表明:大学生身体健康状况基本良好,运动目的性呈现多元倾向。部分学生的认识和行为表现不一致,健康知识的知晓度欠缺,导致身体健康水平不高。提出相应改善对策,为高校实施健康教育、科教兴省提供参考。     

半离体肝切除自体肝移植手术的护理体会（附5例报告）

方法：5例病人于2005年10月-2007年3月在我院接受了半离体肝切除自体肝移植手术,对这些病人的心理护理、术前指导、术后一般护理、并发症的观察和处理等系统的护理方法和程序进行回顾性分析。结论：对于位于第二及第三肝门的巨大肿瘤,尤其是压迫和侵犯主要出入肝脏的血管及肝后下腔静脉的肿瘤,半离体肝切除自体肝移植手术治疗是一种较好的治疗方法。围手术期的护理提高手术治愈率的重要环节。     

Total systems intervention and human inquiry: The search for a common ground

Total Systems Intervention (TSI) is an approach to intervening in problem situations which has much to offer where complex interacting issues need to be addressed by the complementary use of intervention methodologies. That such an approach has much in common with Action Research (AR) has been recognized, with much recent effort being devoted to the relationship between AR and Critical Systems Thinking (CST), the theoretical endeavor underpinning TSI. This paper further develops this line of debate and relates AR or Human Inquiry (HI) more directly to TSI, using an information systems intervention to enhance the study. The outcome is a demonstration of how TSI implicitly uses techniques informed from the field of Action Research, and how a more thorough synthesis of HI with TSI might serve to improve the overall intervention process.     

Systemic Intervention in a University Department: Reflections on Arrested Action Research

This paper reflects on my experience as an insider researcher attempting to use critical systems ideas and practices to promote quality improvement in a university engineering department. Reflection is a key part of learning. This paper is intended to contribute to critically, self-reflective learning for the community of systems practitioners. These reflections on my questions about participation, ethics, politics of process, and the choices and actions resulting from them may help others to formulate their own. The complexity of systems practice places substantial demands on the researcher, particularly in the case of insider, practitioner research. Nevertheless, the exploration of critical systems approaches to critique boundaries and structure ‘problems’ in the core aspects of higher education in locally meaningful ways should continue. While demanding, it still can work to promote learning about authentic quality.     

肿瘤患者的心理分析及护理

分析了肿瘤患者心理变化4个阶段的不同表现,并针对此提出相应心理护理的方式。指出加强肿瘤患者的心理分析及护理是保证顺利治愈的重要环节。     

论身心交互与心理养身

本文从身心交互的基点出发,选取“心理养身”的新视角,对身与心的各种辩证关系、各个侧面以及身心交互的本质等进行了较详细地论述,不仅在某一层次上系统地揭示了人类心理行为的生理与社会根源,而且明确地提出与剖析了进行心理养身的科学养身之道。这对于促进主体心身的健康发展,无疑是有一定价值的。     

服毒病人的原因探析及对策研究

探讨服毒病人的原因及应采取的有针对性的护理措施。对1999年1至12月在某科收入院的56例服毒病人资料进行回顾性统计分析,结果表明:服毒病人大多是由于家庭、工作、经济、疾病等方面的因素所引起,心理护理在服毒病人的治疗和护理过程中占有十分重要的位置,不仅能帮助病人从痛苦中解脱出来,而且能避免再次服毒。     

甘草酸二钾护理液皮肤修复作用的研究

目的研究甘草酸二钾护理液及含甘草酸二钾卫生巾对擦伤皮肤的修复作用。方法用SD大鼠,制造皮肤擦伤模型,将动物随机分为阳性对照组、阴性对照组、甘草酸二钾护理液高、中、低剂量组、甘草酸二钾卫生巾组,一定时间后,检测创面愈合率,通过HE染色观察损伤皮肤组织病理学变化。结果造模后第7 d和第14 d护理液高、中剂量组和卫生巾组大鼠的皮肤愈合率和组织学评分与阴性组比较具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论甘草酸二钾护理液及含甘草酸二钾卫生巾具有促进皮肤修复的作用。
