对羟基苯甲酸在溶剂中与尿素反应生成对羟基苯甲腈，产物车溴素和氯酸钠、碘和氯气和反应制得相应的３，５－二卤代－４－羟基苯甲腈。     

微波辅助下5-碘尿嘧啶衍生物的绿色合成

在微波辐射下,尿嘧啶衍生物与ICl在水溶液中快速发生碘化发应,在6 min内以75%~90%的产率得到了6个5-碘嘧啶衍生物.产物结构经1H-NMR和13C-NMR确证.     

碘海醇的制备工艺优化

以5-硝基-N,N’-双（2,3-二羟丙基）-1,3．苯二甲酰胺为原料,通过还原、碘代、酰化、烷基化反应制备碘海醇．优化了合成工艺中碘代反应和烷基化反应步骤：在碘代反应中,用碘化钾为碘源、亚氯酸钠为氧化剂代替氯化碘作为碘化试剂;在N-烷基化反应中,用二乙二醇甲醚代替1,2．丙二醇．探讨了物料比、温度等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,总收率达49．4％,产品结构经光谱确证．     

直接碘化反应高效合成碘代芳烃

以3-叔丁基水杨醛为原料,通过3种不同的碘化方法分别合成了3-叔丁基-5-碘水杨醛,在温和条件下,以水-乙醇为溶剂、KI为碘化试剂、H_2O_2为氧化剂有效合成了3-叔丁基-5-碘水杨醛.结果表明:在水/乙醇体积比为3∶1,H_2SO_4的质量浓度为62.5 mg·m L~(-1),反应物/KI/氧化剂摩尔比为1∶1∶2,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6 h时,碘取代反应条件最佳.此时,3-叔丁基-5碘水杨醛摩尔收率高达88.1%,2,6-二氟苯胺和2,6-二异丙基苯胺在该条件下成功进行了碘化反应,产物摩尔收率分别可达87.3%和85.6%.     

Optoelectronic and electrochemical behaviour of γ-CuI thin films prepared by solid iodination process

A simple and efficient solid iodination method has been proposed for the fabrication of p-type γ-CuI thin films.The structural,morphological,optical,electrical and electrochemical properties have been investigated in order to serve as an effective hole-transporting layer in solid-state solar cells.The fabricated films exhibited p-type conductivity with resistivity of 7.0×10~(-2)Ωcm,the hole concentration of ～1.13×10~(19)cm~(-3)and the mobility of 18.34 cm~(-2)V~(-1)s~(-1).The cyclic voltammetry result shows a maximum specific capacitance of 43 mF/cm~2 at a scan rate of 10 mV/s.The cyclic stability and capacitance retention were found to be 99.7%.These findings demonstrate that γ-CuI film can be a potential candidate for multiple applications,such as a hole transporting material for solid-state solar cells and electrochemical supercapacitor.

1 Results Titanium iodides have been found to be good reagents for iodination,reductive formation of enolates,pinacol coupling,and so on.Following new reactions will be discussed:(1) Iodination: Titanium(Ⅳ) iodide is a good iodination reagent for olefins and acetylenes.Simple olefins are iodotitanated with titanium (Ⅳ) iodide to give,after quenching with water,iodoalkanes in moderate to good yields.Phenylacetylene gives α-iodostyrene,whereas 2,2-diiodoalkanes are major products from 1-alkynes when they...     

4—n—戊基—4‘—氰基三联苯的合成

以４－ｎ－戊基三联苯为原料，经过碘代反应，氰代反应合成了４－ｎ－戊基－４’－氰基三联苯。研究了反应条件，反应总产率由文献的３０．６３％提高于５２．７６％，用红外，质谱，元素分析确证了化学结构，经ＤＳＣ测试，其注晶相温度范围为１３２．０￣２３９．５℃。     

HPLC对孕甾21-碘化物分解率的测定

糠酸莫美他松是一强效的外用皮质激素制剂,具有优良的抗炎活性.其中间体9,β11β-环氧-17α-羟基-16α-甲基-21-碘代-1,4-孕甾二烯-3,20-二酮(简称21-碘化物)的分解对下一步置换反应的收率影响很大.本文首次对其分解率通过HPLC进行了测定,并给出了21-碘化物的较佳储藏方式.     

取代苯胺的碘代反应新工艺

以几种取代苯胺为原料,经过碘代反应合成相应的碘代化合物。以2,4-二氯苯胺为反应底物,重点考察了优化合成方法、反应温度、反应时间。反应的最佳条件为:采用一氯化碘溶液进行碘化反应,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h,产品收率达65.2%。目标产物的结构经IR、MS和NMR表征后确认。
