银杏叶软胶囊对运动能力及抗氧化作用的研究

随机挑选20名男性中长跑运动员为实验对象,实验组服用银杏叶软胶囊2周,每天早晨2粒.2周后观察银杏叶软胶囊对安静状态抗氧化能力的影响及递增负荷运动中对抗氧化及运动能力的影响.结果显示,实验组服用银杏叶软胶囊后,安静状态时与对照组相比,其抗氧化能力无明显改变;而在运动过程中可延长运动时间、降低主观用力感觉等级表(RPE)(P<0.01及P<0.05);并可显著提高抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px的活性、降低MDA的水平(P<0.05).本实验结果提示,服用银杏叶软胶囊可以提高运动过程中机体的抗氧化能力,并可延缓运动性疲劳的产生.     

健坤胶囊渗漉提取工艺研究

目的:筛选健坤胶囊渗漉提取工艺条件。方法:以白头翁皂苷B4、盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素等的转移率为评价指标,采用单因素平行设计及多因素正交设计方法逐级优化健坤胶囊提取工艺。结果:最佳渗漉工艺条件为:30倍量70%乙醇,浸渍24h,流速为0.5mL/min。结论:该提取工艺稳定、重现性好,可作为本品的提取方法。     

HPLC法测定清热宁肾胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

采用高效液相色谱法测定清热宁肾胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,其Dikma C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈—0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100 mL含0.1 g十二烷基磺酸钠),流速为1.2 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为265 nm.实验结果显示:盐酸小檗碱在0.082~2.05μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.86%(n=6),3批清热宁肾胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为2.68mg/粒、2.76 mg/粒、2.72 mg/粒.方法操作简便、准确,重复性好.     

金线莲多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性及糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响

研究了金线莲多糖体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性及其对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响.结果表明:金线莲多糖体外能抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性,半抑制浓度值(IC50)为78.66μg/mL;对小鼠餐后血糖表现出较好的控制作用,血糖抑制率为(53.65±13.65)%;连续给予糖尿病小鼠金线莲多糖(300mg/kgbw)14d后,小鼠血糖值较模型组显著降低(P0.05).实验结果表明金线莲多糖具有显著的降血糖功效,其作用机制与影响糖代谢酶的活性,抑制糖异生有关.     

New insights on the external features of egg capsules and embryo development in the squid Loligo vulgaris

The embryonic development of the squid Loligo vulgaris was observed from 183 egg masses collected from special devices deployed throughout Cabrera National Park (Baleares Islands, western Mediterranean Sea). Sequence alignment analysis of the cytochrome oxidase I gene revealed that all embryos belonged to L. vulgaris. In total, 549 egg capsules were examined. Viable egg capsules (n = 420) were classified into one of five maturation stages according to the primary external features. The length of the viable egg capsules varied between 40 and 170 mm, and increased with embryonic development. The non-viable capsules (n = 129) were categorized into four groups: I (Ginger root), non-viable II and III, and empty egg capsule (IV). The percentage of non-viable capsules (i.e. grades I, II and III) was 92.25%. Empty capsules accounted for 7.75% of the total non-viable egg capsules. Embryonic development was classified into a second scale of eight stages. Egg capsule stage and embryonic stage were significantly related (n = 420; p < 0.001), facilitating the determination of the embryo developmental phase based on the outward appearance of the egg capsules. The embryo development stage based on the external features of the egg capsules might constitute an innovative tool for in situ embryological data collection. This new method is neither time consuming nor invasive, and could be helpful in fishing cruises, for scuba diving visual census in natural habitats and for laboratory culture. Slight variability in the developmental embryonic stages within egg capsules from the same egg mass was identified. The origin of this asynchrony is discussed. Chronological appearance of organs was similar to that of the six loliginid species previously examined. However, some developmental changes in the timing or rate of events (heterochronies) were observed: Hoyle’s organ was formed earlier in L. vulgaris and the appearance of ventral chromatophores was slightly delayed (2 days) compared with the other species considered.     

超顺磁中空碳胶囊的合成及其载药性能研究

利用聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸（PSA）共聚物胶粒为模板，采用控制沉降和原位聚合的方法首先合成PSA@Fe2O4／聚砒咯（PPy）复合核壳粒子；将去核后得到的Fe3O4／PPy空心胶囊进一步热解炭化，制备了单分散Fe3O4／Carbon空心胶囊．样品物相及结构经X射线衍射仪（XRD）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）表征．超导量子干涉仪（SQUID）测定结果显示，碳胶囊样品呈超顺磁性．N2气吸附测试结果显示磁性碳胶囊的比表面积BET为98m^2／g．以Fe3O4／Carbon磁性空心胶囊对抗癌药物阿霉素进行负载后，体外模拟释放实验结果显示胶囊具有良好的药物缓释性能．     

RP-HPLC法同时测定三七安宫胶囊中人参皂苷和三七皂苷的含量

采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定了三七安宫胶囊中三七皂苷和人参皂苷的含量.实验中,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶作为填充剂,乙腈-0.2%磷酸梯度洗脱(0~30 min,V乙腈∶V磷酸=20∶80;31~80 min,V乙腈∶V磷酸=30∶70)作流动相,检测波长为203nm,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果表明:三七皂苷R1在0.42~2.10μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率(n=5)为96.4%;人参皂苷Rg1在1.59~10.6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=5)为97.7%;人参皂苷Rb1在1.497~9.98μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率(n=5)为98.1%.     

Neuroendocrine control of carbohydrate metabolism in the freshwater bivalve molluscLamellidens marginalis

Summary Blood sugars and foot muscle glycogen were measured in the mussel,L. marginalis after ablation of the cerebral ganglia, and in mussels injected with cerebral ganglionic extract 3 h after ablation. There is a rise in the blood sugar and decrease in foot muscle glycogen 3 h after operation, but no change in sham-operated controls. The effect of ablation is reversed by injecting brain extract into ablated mussels. No such effect could be seen in the controls. The results are suggestive of the presence, in the cerebral ganglia, of a hypoglycaemic factor similar to insulin.     

保利尔胶囊对血液流变学的影响

为观察保利尔胶囊对血液流变学各项指标的影响,采用随机单盲对照试验方法对30例患者进行临床观察.结果表明:试验组治疗前后全血高切粘度、低切粘度及红细胞压积自身比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05).治疗前后血浆纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度自身比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明保利尔胶囊较好地降低血浆纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度作用,但两组间相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明两组药物疗效相当.     

水解-Cu(Ⅱ)沉淀间接原子吸收法测定头孢氨苄

基于在pH4.0～5.4醋酸钠介质中,头孢氨苄于100℃下的水解产物能定量与Cu（Ⅱ）作用生成沉淀,测定反应后剩余的Cu（Ⅱ）,可间接测定头孢氨苄.方法操作简便,重现性好,线性范围5～300 mg/L,回收率为98%～105%.测定结果与药典法比较基本一致.
