本文采用基于边缘的分层配准方法,给出了一个双摄象头三维视觉系统。用 Frei-Chen 算子提取边缘,梯度值采用非均匀量化并应用预加重技术。图象压缩采用完全四叉树,用 Illiffe 法存贮和检索。距离计算采用简化了的 Trivedi 公式,并用 Householder 变换求解用于距离计算和系统校准的超定方程组。  相似文献

本文用乳液聚合方法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和聚丙烯酸丁酯(PnBA)的乳胶互穿聚合物网络(IPNs)。动态力学分析结果表明:这种乳胶IPN具有半相容性;组成和填料量影响该乳胶IPN的阻尼性能。论文还讨论了组成对其它性能的影响。  相似文献

本文介绍了一个二维计算机视觉系统,着重介绍了视觉输入板VIB(Vision Input Board)。它能在20ms的时间內,完成输入一幅256×256的二值图象、产生行程码、计算视野內物体的面积和周长等工作。这与用一般图象输入板方法相比节省了以软件进行编码和求面积、周长的时间。 VIB上自制的图象内存及行程码内存能直接变为IBM PC/XT微型计算机内存的扩展。VIB还具有使PC/XT的CRF屏幕既作为图象输入监视器用,又作为计算机数据显示器用的切换功能。VIB的成本低,功能多,使用方便,很适用于一般工业产品的分类、检查等工作。  相似文献

Automatic visual inspection of fabric is not only one of the potential application of machinevision but a considerable challenge in textile engineering as well.This paper mainly discusses howto inspect fabric defects using machine vision.The introduced inspection system has a feature of:(?)Categorizing the fabric defects into 4 groups,for each group diffcrent image processing and recog-nizing methods are designed for fast and efficient inspection:2.The inspection and recognitionparameters are determined by training and self learning,these parameters vary with different kindsof fabric;3.Human inspetor's experiences are summed up as rules to ensure the system has a s(?)lar evaluation performance of human inspector.This system can detect most of the fab(?) defects.the total recognition error is less than 5% except for the detection error of yarn irregularity,whichcould be as high as 20%.  相似文献

力反馈是机器人控制技术中一种重要的反馈。位于机器人手臂和夹持器之间的腕部力传感器是最重要的力传感器。对力传感器进行标定就是找出其标定矩阵。作者提出了求标定矩阵的方法,并指出Shimino和美国机器人技术公司——RTI的标定方法是错误的。专门设计的实验表明,用作者提出的方法所得的标定矩阵进行计算,测定载荷与实际施加的载荷是相接近的,而RTI公司的结果与施加载荷相差甚大。作者还提出了一种简化的6×6标定矩阵,用其计算的结果也与实际施加载荷接近。  相似文献

This paper deals with a binocular 3-D computer vision system based on the hierarchicalmatching of edge features, Frei and Chen operator is used to extract the edge. The averagegradients of an image obtained by two isotropic operators are non-equal quantized andthresholded in an angle, Edge features are extracted after passing a preemphasis transferfunction which can equalize, the noise affection. Binary edge images are decomposed into apyramid structure which is stored and searched using llliffe's location method. Corre-sponding points are used to determine the range data using triangulation based on an improvedTrivedi's formula. In calibration the authors set the optical axes of the two cameras parallelto simplify the calculation, A 3 rd order Householder transform is used to solve the compati-ble coupled equations.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new effective method to restore the uniform linear motion blurred im-age. The effect of the out-of-frame pixels on the blurring process and the estimate of these pixelsare analysed. The restoration qualities of different deblurring methods are compared. Finally, theauthors come to a conclusion that it is impossible to determine the length of blurring movement infrequency domain.  相似文献

本文借助于动态粘弹仪(DDV—Ⅲ—EA型)、TEM、SEM及其它辅助设备,对PVC/EVA—28共混体系进行了研究。在PVC/EVA—28共混物的动态力学谱图上出现二个玻璃化转变峰,与纯PVC、纯EVA相比,高温峰向低温方向,低温峰向高温方向发生轻微漂移,并且PVC的次级转变峰与EVA的玻璃化转变峰发生融合,表明PVC与EVA—28的链段之间具有微相容性。实验结果还表明了共混组成、加工条件对共混物的相容性、形态和抗冲性能具有较大的影响。  相似文献
