结合山区农村学校实际，开发校本课程资源

《基础教育课程改革纲要（试行）》指出：“为保障和促进适应不同地区、学校、学生的要求，实行国家、地方和学校三级课程管理”，“学校在执行国家和地方课程的同时，应视当地社会、经济发展的具体情况，结合本校的传统和优势，学生的兴趣和需要，开发和选用适合本校的课程”。作为国家课程和地方课程的有益补充，校本课程资源开发的意义是不言而喻的。     

稀土对甘草无菌苗形态和SOD酶活的影响

在1/2MS培养基中添加200mg/L的不溶性稀土,可以大大促进无菌苗的生长.株高增加30.6%,叶数增加12.1%,主根长增加100%,根鲜重增加65.0%,茎叶鲜重增加42.84%.根冠比也有所增加.在培养基中加入一定量的NaC l和稀土,并测定其SOD值.结果显示,较低的NaC l可以激发甘草的SOD活性增加,但适当用量的稀土也可以提高盐胁迫下的甘草的SOD酶活.     

分子动力学模拟金属(V、Nb、Ta)的热膨胀

根据分子动力学（MD）方法，从原子尺度上研究了难熔金属V、Nb、Ta在各自熔化温度下的热膨胀和晶格常数随温度的变化，所得结果与已有的实验值相吻合，并从微观方面探讨了热膨胀产生的内在机制及其对金属熔化过程的影响．     

献血员采血前后抗-HCV检出率的调查

近年来国内外许多资料认为HCV(丙型肝炎病毒)是输血后肝炎的重要病因,输血是丙型肝炎病毒传播的主要途径之一,输血后肝炎中60～90％为丙型肝炎。为了防止肝炎的血源性传播,减少输血后丙型肝炎的发生,有必要对献血员供血前、后两次筛检抗-HCV。我们采用ELISA法对献血员供血前、后两次筛检抗-HCV达3365人次,发现第二次复检仍有抗-HCV阳性者,也支持二次筛检这一观点。现将调查结果报道如下。
