Design of radiation hard phase-locked loop at 2.5 GHz using SOS-CMOS

Abstract: A radiation hard phase-locked loop (PLL) is designed at 2.5 GHz using silicon on sapphire complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor process. Radiation hardness is achieved through improving circuit design without sacrificing real estate. Stability is guaranteed by a fully self-bias architecture. The lock time of PLL is minimized by maximizing the loop bandwidth. Frequency tuning range of voltage controlled oscillator is significantly enhanced by a novel load configuration. In addition, multiple bias stages, asynchronous frequency divider, and silicon on sapphire process jointly make the proposed PLL more radiation hard. Layout of this PLL is simulated by Cadence Spectre RF under both single event effect and total induced dose effect. Simulation results demonstrate excellent stability, lock time < 600 ns, frequency tuning range [1.57 GHz, 3.46 GHz], and jitter < 12 ps. Through comparison with PLLs in literatures, the PLL is especially superior in terms of lock time and frequency tuning range performances.     

Analysis of electrical performances of planar active phased array antennas with distorted array plane

The influence of the distorted plane of the active phased array antenna on the electromagnetic performance is of great significance to the research on and development of the high-performance antennas. On the bent and bowl-shape distortion, the model is established of the relationship between the electromagnetic performance and the position error of the radiated elements. The method is presented of analyzing the far-field pattern of the distorted rectangular active phased array antenna. The analysis results of a planar phased array antenna with different distortions grades prove the validity of the model. Therefore, by the method, the antenna designers may set the reasonable requirement on the structural tolerance in manufacturing antenna.     

带有强迫项的具分布型时滞的非线性系统的渐近性

研究了一类带有强迫项的具有连续型滞量的非线性微分方程组解的渐近性，进一步推广了文[6]中的主要结果，得到了系统的解趋于零的充分条件。     

超声辐射分子碘催化1，5-二芳基硫代乙内酰脲的合成

超声辐射分子碘催化下，以芳香乙二醛和苯硫脲为原料，一步合成1，5-二芳基硫代乙内酰脲．考察了反应物配比、超声辐射功率、辐射时间等对反应的影响，得到了较佳的工艺条件：芳香乙二醛和苯硫脲、碘的投料比为1．1：1．0：0．02；超声辐射功率为400W，辐射时间为40-45min，产物收率可达80％～95％．产品经1R、1HNMR、MS表征了其结构．     

LCD电视机辐射问题成因浅析及解决方法探讨

辐射是EMI测试中的一项重要指标，本文主要介绍LCD TV的辐射问题的成因和解决方法，做些简要的分析，提出从电路设计，PCB板的布线，软件参数的设置和工艺方面去考虑解决，使电视机能符合满足3C的要求。     

蒽与马来酸酐的微波辐射干反应

以微波辐射方法进行了蒽与马来酸酐的干反应。同时考察了微波辐射时间，辐射能量对反应收率的影响，并与常规反应进行比较。结果表明：微波辐射3min反应收率可达80％，比常规干反应速率提高近120倍，比常规溶液法反应速率提高近30倍。

地板辐射供暖9施工前，应了解建筑物的结构、熟悉设计图纸。施工方案及其它工种的配合措施。安装人员应熟悉管材的一般性能，掌握基本操作要点，严禁盲目施工。     

固态合成9,10-二氢蒽-9,10-内桥-α,β-丁二酸酐

以蒽与顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,在微波辐射协助下.固态合成蒽-9,10-桥-α,β-丁二酸酐;采用正交实验法,探讨了微波辐射功率、反应时间、酐蒽物质的量比等因素对反应收率的影响.结果表明:当蒽用量为0.1mmol,酐蒽物质的量比为1.2:1.0,微波辐射功率为280W,反应8min时.产率达到92.5%.     

砒霜的克星

美国黄石国家公园拥有丰富的热泉，它们要么温度过高，要么酸度太强，再不然就是充满了有毒物质，而砒霜是其中最常见的有毒物质之一。科学家曾经认为在这些极端环境中鲜有微生物生长。然而，经过十几年的观察研究，科学家最近在这些热泉里发现了一种比较原始的、具有极强抗紫外辐射能力的红藻。
