<正>由我校地理科学学院郑洪波教授作为首席科学家申报的国家重大科学研究计划(973计划)项目"末次冰消期以来中国中东部极端气候环境事件与农业起源发展和人类适应研究"(项目编号2015CB953800)日前正式获得科技部批准立项。该项目针对重大科学研究计划2015年重要支持方向"全球变化研究"之"极端气候变化特征、机制、趋势及适应研究",选择在气候环境变化和农业起源演化两方面均最典型的地区,

聊城市气象灾害防御体系建设介绍

聊城市地处中纬度地区,属温带大陆性季风气候,生态环境脆弱,气象灾害频发,尤其是随着全球气候变暖,极端天气气候事件呈频发且灾害加重的趋势,给全市经济社会发展和人民生命财产安全带来严重威胁。为减少气象灾害造成的损失,保障经济社会又好又快的发展,2007年聊城市气象局开始进行灾害性天气应急管理相关业务的体系建设,该体系主要包括灾害信息的监测、综合观测资料显示、灾害预警信息发布、灾害信息接收及传播、气象协管员、气象信息员队伍建设等内容。

本文结合涉氨企业的专项治理,对氨液的排放、处理进行了研究分析。并通过氨液紧急处理装置使用,对其处理方式及处理效果进行了探讨,这一研究对于氨制冷企业在日常生产维护和事故时及时进行安全有效地氨液处理有一定的借鉴价值。     

关于石油化工装置工艺管道设计的探讨

对于石油化工设备来讲,管道的设计工作是其重要内容,相关工作人员应对其予以深入研究。如何科学设计出合理、安全的石油管道设计是当前石油化工领域需要面对的首要问题。本文简要论述了管道的分级与材料,并探讨了塔、泵冷却设备等管线设计方法,目的在于进一步提高管道设计的水平,推动石油化工领域更好的发展。

本文在原有供暖系统的基础上,利用管道防爆裂技术,设计制作纯硬件独立设备,该设计不更改和影响客户现有系统设备。将此管道防爆裂技术应用于科学实验、技术开发和生产生活,都具有很好的适用价值。
