硒化麒麟菜多糖对宫颈癌细胞株生长和淍亡的影响

目的：探讨硒化麒麟菜多糖在体外对宫颈癌Hela细胞株生长和凋亡的作用及机制。方法：以宫颈癌Hela细胞株为研究对象，用MTT法检测硒化麒麟菜多糖对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响，流式细胞仪检测细胞周期、细胞调亡以及凋亡基因Fas的表达情况，以顺铂为对照组，比较硒化麒麟菜多糖与顺铂的疗效。结果：硒化麒麟菜多糖可阻滞宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长使之停留在S和G2-M期，从而抑制了肿瘤细胞的增殖，同时通过促进Fas表达，诱导Hela细胞凋亡。结论：硒化麒麟菜多糖通过阻滞肿瘤细胞的生长及诱导细胞凋亡等机制，对宫颈癌细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用。     

环状双核钴配合物的合成、晶体结构及其性质

在水热反应条件下合成了一个新型Co(Ⅱ)配合物[Co2(cpa)2(phen)2(H2O)2](1)(cpa =3-(4-羧基苯基)丙酸、phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉).采用CHN元素分析、红外光谱、差热-热重及单晶X-射线衍射等方法对配合物的晶体结构进行了表征.配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c;晶体学参数:a=1.26192(14) nm, b=1.59916(17) nm, c=1.04130(11) nm,β=111.935(2)°.配合物1为环状双核结构,其基本结构单元由1个Co原子、1个3-(4-羧基苯基)丙酸、1个1,10-邻菲罗啉和1个配位水分子组成,形成畸变的八面体配位构型.相邻的配合物分子间通过氢键的识别作用形成1维超分子链.π···π堆积作用将邻近的超分子链进一步扩展为2维超分子网.     

基于灰色灾变理论的湖南洪涝灾害预测

洪涝灾害灾变系统是一个复杂的灰色系统.根据湖南省1980-2007年洪涝灾害统计数据建立了灰色灾变预测模型GM(1,1),发现湖南省洪涝灾害的发生呈现出周期波动性和损失越来越严重的特点,在未来10年中,2010年和2017年将可能发生轻灾,2012年、2015年和2019年将可能发生重大洪灾,2013年和2016年将可能发生特大洪涝灾害.     

基于DSP的PC104总线多功能串行通信卡设计

针对工程需要,完成了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的PC104总线多功能串行通信卡的硬件电路和相关基础软件的设计与调试.实验证明,采用TMS320F2812DSP能够实现异步串行通信、同步串行通信、CAN通信3种不同协议的串行数据接收与发送.通过PC104总线驱动双口RAM方式可以方便地嵌入PC104总线计算机,实现多形式串行通信功能的扩展.     

一种光电池测试装置的设计与实现

提出了一种以单片机为核心的光电池测试装置设计方案,给出了硬件电路及测试软件设计结果．采用程控电子负载和外部补偿电源,实现了光电池伏安特性、开路电压和短路电流等参数的测试与计算．采用虚拟仪器开发环境,开发了系统人机界面,实现了测试过程控制及电池基本参数输入,具有测试曲线和数据报表显示以及测试报告生成等功能．实验表明,该装置具有测试数据准确、信息输出完整、操控方便等优点,可以用于光电池性能的测试与分析．
